Paid $150 for someone to come out, look at our fireplace then tell us they don’t have access to those parts and left. Said they left a voice mail and that they tried ordering parts and couldn’t (no voicemail was left). We weren’t aware we were going to be charged $69 for the trip and $60 for labor. The trip fee makes sense but what labor? Next time maybe find out what unit the customer has and if your company can work on it BEFORE wasting everyone’s time and money.

Technician Robert came out to service my furnace and he was one of the most nicest people I have met in a long time. Very efficient, informative, made sure to see if I had any questions, went over the invoice and showed me the part he had to replace. Mr. Rooter was so good to us! They serviced our 1940's church building while we were having back-flow issues in our sinks. Andre and Chris did a great job diagnosing the issue - that we had a collapsed sewage line coming out of our building. They were at our building until almost 8 pm, helping clean up and create a solution to get the leaking under control through the night. Twelve hours later, they had an excavator on site and fixed the issue that day. They took great care of us, gave us a great deal, and were a blessing on a day that, frankly, sucked.

Highly recommend them for their quick/accurate diagnosis, quick repair, but mostly their customer service. They will be our plumbing go-to from now on!
