The HVAC1 installation techs were great! This was a retrofit installation so there were kinks thrown into the process, but the techs were able to get it accomplished with all units working together. It happened to rain on the poor guys all morning, but they were real troopers and muscled through it. After installation of the new coil unit & additional required plumbing the original filter can no longer fit into position (this was no fault of the techs), just the nature of a retrofit. I will eventually fabricate a new exterior cabinet door with a built-in filter, to create a fully functioning filter system. All in all, I was extremely happy with their work. And compared to other local companies quotes, HVAC1 was very reasonably priced.

We couldn't have found a better company to help us get our AC working in the middle of a heatwave! Paul and Eric were so friendly, and did exactly what needed done quickly and at an honest price! We are so thankful to have found HVAC1, because if we need service in the future, we know exactly who to call and we know we'll be treated great! Quick quote was provided, I received a call to schedule service within a few days of signing. Things were going good so far, then to the install.
Michael was the absolute best installer for my mini split in our new addition.
He was very kind, efficient, and informative.
I loved the time he took to ensure that I understood the system and how to keep it well maintained.

I called and spoke with Marissa the day before yesterday and my pellet stove had quit. So I went to go turn on my furnace and it wasn't heating... so I gave them a call.

Marissa couldn't get anyone out the same day but she kept me in the loop with all their progress on getting someone out to my rural home... She even helped me through a hormonal melt down lol ( which is no picnic I assure you lol)

But Mike showed up about 1pm yesterday and it took him 7-8 hours but he traced down the problem and resolved it. While he was working on the furnace, the parts for the pellet stove arrived.

Mike was determined to make sure we had heat and had a great sense of humor... and last night as well as today I have a working furnace, a working pellet stove, and a very, very warm home. I am extremely happy.

Everyone I had contact with definitely went above and beyond and I am so very grateful. I would recommend them as a first choice every time.

I had an urgent work needed to be done , installing Wall Oven and Cook tope, and our cook top to come a little bigger than our granite cut, but carefully managed to cut the granite and installed it without any damage.
Fast respond, great work, know very well what they are doing, I highly recommend everyone to hire these guys.

FIRST OFF, I have NEVER givin anybody a 5 star rating in my entire life and IF it is ever going to happen again it better be as close to picture perfect as you can get. HVAC1, was just that!...And everything else inbetween A to Z. They were the 3rd place I'd called and they not only tried to fit me in(sameday) they had a service tech working on my furnace within 1.5 hrs. A side from being a very knowledgable efficent and professional worker this cat named Mike was an outright cool funny and down to earth caring guy.It was a scary $$ furnace problem turned into a no rush gidder done with a splash a fun situation.Now down to the finish.. the letter Z part..I was shocked with the bill.I really thought it was going to be at minimum twice that much.** BONUS** How many furnace /AC companies do you see that don't expect full payment OR large downpayment on the day of service? Not many IF any!...HVAC1 is one that doesn't. Thank you to Mike , Steve and the crew at HVAC1

We had HVAC1 come out and do our system in the home we are building. They came highly recommended from some friends of the family when we found our sons first home a few years ago. It’s funny the gimmicks other companies use to get your business and HVAC1 does not do this. (When we did our sons house another company I will not name claimed they will beat any competitors pricing and they were advertising free A/C with a heating unit. Their price for the furnace was 1000’s more then HVAC 1’s price, and to beat the price you don’t get the A/C. We only found this out because my son had called them first before I said to call HVAC1)The work Paul’s crew did was Phenomenal. They went above and beyond my expectations and were extremely professional and the team worked together like they are the best of buddies. I did not expect what I received. I can’t wait to see what they come up with when we build the shop that will be linked to the house via a sky bridge going to the living quarters in the shop.

Great guys, easy to work with. If you bug them long enough there be there at night to get it done for you. Had them as HVAC sub for years. Strongly recommend. Office may not respond right away but owner cares enough to cull at 9 pm apologize for the no respond and do the job himself after work hours. You can’t beat that. Builders like me, try him out you won’t regret.

Michael and David went above and beyond to resolve several issues techs from Banner couldn't diagnose much less solve. They quickly diagnosed and fixed a CO infiltration issue with the furnace, fixed a fault from an old hot water heater, serviced my hot water heater, and serviced my gas fireplace. Then, they recommended more reasonable service intervals, and an action plan to improve my household ventilation and repair several faults left over from the previous owners. I couldn't be happier! Michael and David are GENIUSES!!!

We had HVAC 1 do our complete heat and A/C system in our new construction and a 5 star is just no enough. The crew are like a machine and they work together like non I have seen. Our family friend is who is also a contractor and the person helping me get our house built uses another heating company. It was another family friend who told us to call Paul at HVAC 1 and we are so glad we did. With all that is going on in the world today I feel word of mouth is the way to go. A review can be a great way to help spread the word. It was Paul who said to use Cory at Empire to do the plumbing and they did a superb job. I guess so good that my contractor friend who was just here will be sending the plans for the duplex he is building over to Cory at Empire. He is also sending plans to HVAC 1, he has used his other guy for the last 20 years I believe. He walked through my house while the HVAC 1 crew were just finishing up and he was impressed with their work and their attention to detail and of course the quote I had before they started. So if you are building or just need your furnace serviced or repaired don’t hesitate to call HVAC 1. Oh they also did my sons furnace.

We paid $250. for a furnace/air maintenance agreement. The associates were here only 15 minutes. One associate was training another - tested 3 wires - and departed. What a farce! Never again - returned to my former provider who is more expensive, however invests over an hour in maintenance.

Very professional every step of the way. They were respectful and competent. My new furnace gives me comfort... in knowing I've got a dependable system and wonderful temperatures throughout my home. Thank you Norco!

Been using their service for many years. They keep both my A/C and furnace in great condition. I recommend the annual service agreement to everyone. For less than $150.00 you get an annual furnace service and A/C service plus if you have a problem on a week end or holiday they are there at no extra charge. GREAT company, and I have used the other guys.

My a/c went out right before we got 112 deg temps in Spokane. Called around to get some quotes and I realy like the guy that came out. He was an installer before he was a estimator so he new his stuff. Had the new a/c installed and had some problems but they came back out quickly and got them taken care of. Very responsive and good communication. I would recommend them to friends.

My furnace died New Years weekend; single digit temps. I called Sunday noon, Matt was there in a few hours, diagnosed the problem, confirmed they had the replacement part in their supply. Matt returned the next morning with the part, installed it with zero problems. (I have alternate heat sources, so there was no true emergency that called for a same day repair.) Everything was done in the time it usually takes to schedule an onsite repair. I couldn't ask for better service.

Consistently competent service and helpful staff over the years. Today Jerry, in addition to seasonal maintenance, took the time to review safety factors, how to monitor changes in our aging HVAC systems, what to look for in future updates. Very useful info.

Awesome, on time. Barely heard them there while working. Half the price as first company quote. My AC and furnace work better than the system I had before. They even came out earlier than anticipated to get up and running before our next heat wave. Will recommend to everyone!

I'm sitting in my cozy, warm house with a new furnace for the first time in two weeks thanks to Norco, and specifically thanks to Pete, Daniel, and the boys who did the install.
I called Pete on Monday quite distraught and bordering on a mental breakdown having been without heat during the coldest month of this winter season, because 2 other companies couldn't get it together to properly diagnose and repair or replace my 21 year old unit. It's under a home warranty, and getting other companies to communicate with the warranty company was like pulling teeth, not to mention they were trying to go the way of repair rather than replacement despite the fact that replacement is covered and required. My Monday evening phonecall resulted in Pete sending Daniel to my house by 8am Tuesday, then Pete doing measurements and assessment for cost on Wed followed by warranty approval by noon, and then new furnace install on Thursday. If I'd stayed with the other company, I'd be sitting in a cold house still and probably be dealing with more repair costs before finally getting a replacement of my furnace. Did I mention they aren't even concerned about how fast I can pay? Their concern, from start to finish has been to make sure I have heat in my house a nd that I'm completely satisfied.
A million thanks won't quite cover this level of service, and you guys have guaranteed I'll be a customer for life.

The twice a year furnace and air conditioning service are five star. Unfortunately, we had one of your electricians came out in the spring to survey a project we need done and give us a price We never heard from him again
