I had two technicians; Aiden came to give an estimate. Jacob was the technician doing the follow through.
Both young men did excellent work, most professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. I would have no problem, using Tapps Electric in the future.

David was amazing. He came for a quote and had all the material in his can to do it that day. He was extremely friendly and took his time to explain everything he was doing to me. Would go back just to get him again.

The electrician that came to my house (David) was very professional and explained things in detail and so I understood what he was doing. David is very nice and friendly, and very professional. Will definitely use Tapps again, and most definitely request David Bivins.

Tapps was excellent. Incredibly knowledgeable, easy to contact, quick to respond, and quick to schedule. Joe Chapman was my tech that came out, and he absolutely crushed it. He was able to run a line to a fireplace with minimal drywall holes, informed me of my options for getting the line into the fireplace bay, and was able to successfully run the line without the need for me to do more demo. He also chatted with me about my circuit box and gave me a health update on it without me even asking. 10/10 would recommend.

Aidan came out to our home to assess our project and provide a quote. He was thorough, friendly and professional. He answered all our questions and provided the quote the same day. We would use Aidan again.

David did a great job, treated a small job as though it were as important to him as a bigger one, left the place clean and the work looks great, functions well. He made sure I knew exactly how to reset the breaker if it ever trips. Thank you!!

Tapps Electric, Heating & Air got back to us within 48 hours and then had a technician to our home to repair a loose breaker in our panel within hours of the text. The Tapps technician also traced out an issue with our bathroom outlets...to our garage, and then replaced the faulty GFCI outlet. The work was done fast and well, the price was competitive. Will call them again when I need electrical work done.

Do they install in-ceiling speakers and a custom surround sound setup? Yes.

Do they install custom under cabinet lighting? Yes.

Chase is prompt, efficient, personable and professional. He is the model contractor you want working on your projects. Extremely knowledgeable with plenty of experience to back it up. Very clean installs!

We just moved to Washington last year from California and have never needed a Heat Pump and didn’t have Air Conditioning. It was something we were told that we should get. Our new home however had many challenges to make it work. Dave and his team stepped right in and made it happen. From the beginning, Dave gave us his professional advice and walked us over what we needed to do. He even came out a second time before we made our decision on who to work with. Aldan arrived on time and was very courteous. I described the situation with my generator and he went inside the house, ascertaining my electrical needs and determined 14kw generator would be appropriate for my home. He provided me with a very reasonable estimate.

David is our new friend!😺 I didn't get chance to meet Aidan in person, but if he and David can work well and efficiently together.. then we like him too! 👍😜 Tapps did a great job in installing new cieling fans and bathroom fans. And as I said, efficient, quick, respectful and knowledgeable. We have a couple more things we want to do and Tapps Electric will be our choice of provider!
Aiden came out 2 more times for a wall heater fix and a electric panel surge protector install. 😁

Joe Chapman is awesome! He quickly fixed our mailbox lighting at Station House and did a great job. Professional, reliable, and friendly, highly recommended!

I requested a free estimate for installing a level 2 charger and upgrading my electric panel. Chase Barkhurst showed up perfectly on time for the appointment. He patiently answered all my questions. He even pointed out unnecessary things I was requesting and explained why I shouldn’t do them so I could save money. I was very happy with the experience.

We were having problems with our ducting for our gas furnace not distributing heat well throughout the house. Aidan Ott from Tapps Electric came to our home and did an assessment of the system and recalibrated the ductwork. He also gave us valuable advice on how to optimize our system in the future and repairs we might want to consider for our aging ductwork.

We had a great experience with Tapps from start to finish! Their team who does the phone scheduling is super helpful and friendly. The electrician David who came out was fantastic as well- he was professional, knowledgeable, and did an amazing job installing some outdoor lights on our home! On top of everything Tapps was priced very fairly. We are super pleased with our experience with Tapps and David, and would definitely recommend them!
