I use them for all of electrical needs at the property I manage. They always get me scheduled as soon as possible and the techs are always on time, polite and knowledgeable.

We called Madsen about electrical problems in our house, the guys showed up, inspected our entire home, they said it was probably my breaker panel. that I should replace it, bla bla bla, left my house and sent me the invoice for their visit. Well, the problem didn't go away, we had the same issue so I decided to call other companies and there was a really good one which the owner talked to me on the phone and he said for what I was describing the problem was not in my house, but with Tacoma Power Utilities. He told me to call TPU and request their crew to go there and they would fix it for free. Guess what? He was right!!! The whole time the problem was with the utility company and not with my house... Madsen Electric couldn't figure that out, but the other electrical company did it for me during a 10 minute phone call and didn't even charged me. From now on I'm only calling the other company and if anyone is interested is UpRight Electrical :)

These gentleman came out to our home promptly after the last wind storm . The storm unfortunately pushed a tree over onto our power line. Madsen electric took no time at all to cover the bases of their repair with us and had our power back on well within 24 hours of it being shut off by tacoma utilities.That was a huge deal for us since ALL other companies we reached out to were a month out. As the wind storm was still raging during their repair ANOTHER tree fell over!! My husband told them we'd have to hard feelings if they wanted to call the job due to weather, they said theyll see how things progress and keep working through it. We are a large family with 2 little ones, these people are life savers! and to top the service it was at a very fair price!! Highly recommend!!!

We were charged an appalling amount of money for work they did not do. On the first scheduled appointment, the tech was a no show. On the reschedule he admitted he skipped out because he wanted to go to a party with his wife. He changed one battery and told us we were using the wrong light bulbs. He did not do anything on the estimate. We were charged hundreds of dollars for this, equivalent to a months worth of groceries and bills. Despicable business practice for a pandemic and economically depressed times. They evaded or refused our phone calls and did not return our messages to try and resolve for over a month Finally we must have worn them down, and they took a measly $100 off.I will never use this company again, now will we refer. We should have reported these crooks to the Better Business Bureau.

Seth and his team went above and beyond! The timeliness of the service, quality and pricing was incredible. They were able to work with us within our timeframe and budget and help us achieve what we were needing. I have referred clients and friends to Madsen and will continue to.

Madsen Electric did excellent work for me. From booking the appointment with their office to Dominic performing a needed repair, they were outstanding. I will be doing business with them again. Keep up the great work!

Seth was professional and straightforward in his proposal, the price was very reasonable and I couldn't be happier with the job that was done. It was a new electrical panel by the way and I couldn't be any happier. Will recommend nobody but.

So I haven’t had work done, but I have had the opportunity to deal with Madsen Electric. I got into a small fender bender with one of their drivers and he was the nicest gentleman. The process has been smooth with no questions from Madsens. I will definitely use them and refer them to anyone with electrical needs.

Had Madsen change out an old unsafe panel. They took care of permits, power company scheduling and inspection as well. Very competitive price. They even beat the non-union shops prices. Electrician showed up right on time and completed in 1 day including inspection. Very happy with Seth and his team. Will use again and recommend to others.

Knowledgeable, great customer service, reasonable pricing for electrical. Office staff and field electricians are pleasant and happy to help answer questions. I’m happy with my choice and would call them again for my own home. Strongly recommended!

Very impressed. They came out and quickly solved multiple issues I had. The electrician was very professional and knowledgeable. I definitely feel I “got my moneys worth”, which is becoming more rare nowadays. I would recommend this company 100%.

The journeyman came and was at our house for a little over an hour - we were very happy with the work and he was very pleasant. He went out to his vehicle to fill out the paperwork afterwards… but quickly came inside to let us know he had left the paperwork behind and just to expect the bill in the coming weeks - we had no estimate or idea of what the bill would be. Fast forward two weeks and we get a bill that shows we are paying for 3 hours of work - I called to just ask how the hours were calculated but the front desk couldn’t help me so I was transferred to someone else. I left a voicemail and never heard back. We ended up paying the bill but I’m a little frustrated we had to pay for the entire time window without a heads up when he was here half of that time. Probably would not use again just because of the billing issue.

Anthony is a solid reliable plumber. Some might even say he is "Johnny on the Pot". Super responsive and very resonible priced. I highly recommend for any of your plumbing needs

You are going to meet the nicest guy. Anthony was super friendly and extremely upfront what was involved with the repair and what the costs were. There was no pressure to pick an option. Anthony and his team of Quincy and Noah, did such a fantastic job on replacing my water heater and fixing some plumbing that wasn’t installed well initially. He is honest, fair priced, and does high quality work. He also explains processes and how to fix things in easy to understand terms. I will definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs!

We've used ATP several times now and have found him to be an excellent plumber, very responsive, and honest. Once I overpaid him by mistake. He caught it, told me about the overpayment, and tore up the check.
