I recommend Anthony the Plumber without reservation! I needed to have a failing hose bib replaced. My home was built in the 1950's and I'm fairly certain this was the original faucet. Anthony and his son came to my home to look at the situation and gave me a bid...actually two bids... covering two different scenarios. He was very easy to talk with and he walked me through the possibilities. I felt very comfortable with the whole process. He came back later that day after finishing another project and was able to get the work done. He let me know exactly what he found, presented options, cleaned up as the work progressed and made sure I was satisfied with the outcome (I was!!). Anthony is very calm, personable and extremely knowledgeable. He did outstanding work in a very timely way. If (when) I need a plumber again, I will definitely call him! And, this is a local, family owned business. Thank you Anthony!

Anthony was very well priced and his service (as well as the quality of his work) is the best I have had from contractor related companies in many years. He does not create work to increase your bill and he makes sure you get exactly what you need done! He also does a great job of explaining follow-up maintenance to extend the life of the mechanical components he installed. I have hot water 24 hours after the tank went out...he fit me in so I did not have to go longer without a shower! I cannot thank him enough and you would be well served to hire him! I initially called Anthony when I was looking for someone to look at my jetted tub. I had called about a dozen plumbers. None of them worked on jetted tubs but Anthony was the only one who stayed on the phone and tried to help. When I had a leaking pipe in my tight crawl space and an issue with the water heater I called him. These items were on my list of a contingent inspection response from a potential buyer so there were some nerves being in the middle of a contract. Anthony was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, skilled, and an excellent communicator. Not only that but he went above and beyond. He identified that the inspection report on the water tank was incorrect. I had gotten other bids from reputable plumbers and none of them mentioned what Anthony did. Any plumber would have known what he pointed out but he actually took the time to explain and didn't turn it into an opportunity to fix something that didn't need to be fixed according to the inspection response. Also he was willing to put in writing what he said to me on the estimate so I could send it to the potential buyer. As a result, the water heater issue was dropped from the list and money saved. I also found his estimate very fair for his skill level and reputation. If I lived in Tacoma he would 100% be my regular plumber.

I began working with Anthony the Plumber a few months ago and he has been helping me update and repair all fixtures in a 100 + year old 6-plex. If you think that sounds scary, you’d be correct. But he and his team can handle the job and the pressure of dealing with several households at one time. He stays in contact with me and is specific in his descriptions and the available options as he sees them. He shows the utmost respect for my tenants as well as my time and funds. Can’t say enough good things about Anthony. We had a major remodel and unfortunately had some good contractors and some terrible ones come through. It made us really nervous to hire another plumber. Anthony had a good rating. He came out right away. Completely put out mind at ease. Anthony and his crew were always on time, did a quality job, cleaned up after, were delightful to be around. Anthony’s prices were reasonable and we can attest that he honors his work. He installed a heat pump water heater, finished gas line for generator, installed faucets and drains, garbage disposal, toilet flange correction and plumbing for laundry and another utility room. He even answers questions after the jobs were done. We recommend him to everyone now and would never call anyone else.

We’ve used ATP for years now. The most recent issue was a leaking main water line. Anthony gave us several options that varied in price. He did not pressure us to go with the more expensive option, he simply gave us the pros and cons of each choice

I have used DF Electric for three home remodels over the last 10 Years and am extremely pleased with their work. Andy Bentley (owner) charges a fair price. His people always show up when they say they will and get the job done on time.

We had KFZ Dryer Vent Cleaning & Air duct Cleaning Services Of WA perform Dryer Vent Cleaning, and I was amazed at the results. Bob started with a full Dryer Vent Inspection, showing me how much lint had built up. The dryer duct cleaning completely cleared the blockage, and the dryer is now working perfectly. They also inspected for any potential Dryer Vent Repair needs, which gave me peace of mind. On top of that, I added ac duct cleaning, and the air quality in our home has never been better. Their wide range of duct cleaning services is fantastic, and their commitment to quality vent cleaning really shows. I’ll be calling them for regular Dryer Vent Maintenance moving forward.

I FOUND FLOORING DEPT home depot Spanaway very rude I am a contractor and I will not ever buy from your FLOORING DEPT anymore. I feel they should be replaced.it was Thursday's morning day crew. Night crew is worse.

DO NOT USE THEIR CUSTOM INSTALLS!!! Spent over $20k on windows almost a year ago and they still aren't installed correctly. 7 days I have taken off work for them to work on my house, 4 separate companies have worked on my house. 3 separate orders for them to fix the windows they ordered wrong. I have a leaking window for over 2 months that has caused water damage, and keep getting the run around. I found out multiple windows still were not installed correctly. Everyone that has been involved definitely are not being held accountable or holding others accountable. Corporate isn't helpful! Their project managers and planners don't follow up, or show up when they claim they would. I could write paragraphs on every terrible thing that has happened, but will give the biggest issues with the 1st team that showed up 3 hours late from Vancouver, WA. They took out every single window on the top floor and out of the kitchen the 1st day in the middle of winter & did not install them till the end of the day. They took all the remaining downstairs windows out the 2nd day. They were chucking the whole window outside from the 2nd story where my dogs walk. One of them stepped in dog crap; used one of my towels to clean it up, and then hid the towel behind some furniture. They also didn't actually seal the windows till the last day, meaning my house was cold for 3 days and tons of wasted electricity.

Called to get a contractor out for doors. They took $40 and told me the contractor would call in 2-3 days. What they didn’t tell me was the contractor was booking out over three weeks just to give an estimate— I can only imagine how long it would take to actually do the work.

So I called back for a refund and they first told me I’d have to go to the store. I have a broken ankle right now, I’m not going to the store. Then they said call the store directly. I insisted that they took my money over the phone, they can give it back over the phone. Only after an interminable wait on hold did they do that.

Waste of time and money. We’ll do this job ourselves. I knew it was fishy the moment they took the deposit.
