Where to begin! I have to brag on a few employees. I have been so stressed doing a complete gut and remodel of our home. I do not really have an eye for design but I know what mood/inspiration/vibe I’d love to see in our forever home. We made an appointment with Daisy, an interior designer there, and she has been more than helpful. What was once an overwhelming project has become so exciting. Daisy went above and beyond. She is very knowledgeable with a degree in design, but also very patient and personable. I am so grateful to have had her help. Within 2 hours she has helped up pick most everything out and she really listened to what our vision was while giving us her honest input. She is a super star ⭐️ Floor and Decor is lucky to have such a wonderful asset to their team. I also have to mention how impressed we are with the new store manager, Nick. He is so professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. You can tell he really takes pride in his store and team. We have been coming to this floor and decor for a long time and have really seen the improvements he has implemented! Last but not least, we really enjoy the security guard. He is friendly, attentive to the surroundings and even puts carts away (above and beyond if you ask us) Wonderful store. Will be back for all of our home improvement needs.
Talk about a huge selection! This store had everything we needed for our bathroom remodel and at decent prices. Plus, we were able to purchase everything one day and schedule the pickup for another day. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, and we are so happy our contractor suggested this store.
Choices are tremendous. Lots of price points. Customer service when you have to order something that's low or out of stock is lacking. No call backs when promised, product not available when promised, changing stories with each person l talked to. I finally thought to ask if anyone had checked the floor stock. Guess what there was plenty available in store, that is how l eventually got our order filled.
We had the most amazing experience here today! Jay the designer was so helpful in picking out tile colors and styles and calculating the amount we needed for our project! We were so impressed with his knowledge and skill. Will definitely work with him again!
People should know that you need a couple hours and don't forget to bring a flask to take the edge off, this will help you with your decisions
We visited Floor & Decor a few weeks ago. We picked out shower marble and floor tile. We were helped by a young man we only know as ‘AJ’. So helpful loading the heavy items on our cart, making sure not to damage them and unloading them into our vehicle. Thank you for the pleasant experience! The lady at the cash register was also extremely helpful.
