When our fence blew down after the latest windstorms, Wayne (owner) came out the day after our call to measure and make up a bid. Then he scheduled the project just a few days later with his son and grandson. We are very pleased with their workmanship and careful respect for our plants and trees. We also love the new iron gate they installed at the pathway to our backyard garden. Thanks, Wayne.

These guys are great! They completely tore out my old insulation that was damaged from flooding issues and replaced it with new insulation. They completely dug around the perimeter of the house and replaced the wire mesh to block rodents. They did all of this in about 10 hours! They are a friendly crew and hard workers.

Excellent work and reasonable costs. Willing to work around scheduling issues. Would hire them again for similar work, insulated crawl space and attic, sanitized, moisture barrier, performed repairs. Great business!

In September of 2023 I had a property inspected and was notified that I had standing water in the crawl space area as well as deteriorating underlay and insulation. The inspection firm recommended that I call Northwest Services Insulation & Landscaping. They felt I needed to replace underlay, insulation and install a sump pump system. Northwest came out in a timely manner. Inspected the crawl space area and concurred with what was needed to remove standing water. Vanessa and her team did an excellent job. Professionals in every manner. They always kept me in the loop as to progress both verbally and pictures. Work was completed on time. It has been a year and all is dry in my crawl space area! They stand behind their work. I recommend them 110%.

Coho Construction recently replaced my entire fence at my house. Not only does the fence look great, but their response time was amazing. We walked the fence line Monday afternoon, received a quote Monday night, agreed to the price Tuesday and they started work Wednesday. They will definitely be my first call if/when I need to any remodeling or additions on the house.

We had a small front deck and stairs that we wanted to replace. Luis with Coho contacted me within minutes of submitting a request for quote. He came to our home, took measurements and reviewed options. They were able to schedule our project within a month! They were so easy to communicate with and so responsive. The team that came out to do the work was professional and the nicest hardest working crew. They were able to troubleshoot a few surprises and came up with creative and cost effective solutions. Best company we have worked with! This was a small project but they treated us like it was the most important project they had! Can't recommend them enough!!
