The property I managed used Probuild Construction for the last year for CapEx projects. I would highly recommend them. Alex and his team have been very responsive, reliable and responsible. They helped us with DSHS and DOH compliance, City permits, fixing other contractors poor workmanship, just to name a few. They had a crew on site that also helped with building emergencies. Their professionalism is exceptional, working in a vulnerable population, they took extra time and care with projects around our clients. I can’t say enough about this company, they are honest and very hard workers, and have excellent attention to detail, you will not be disappointed.

Alex and his crew are amazing hard workers, their planning process is very organized, he utilizes great templates on how the space will look remodeled, also priced normally below most contractors, he became my main general contractor for all work throughout my properties. We hired ProBuild for a large scare renovation of an apartment clubhouse. Alex, the owner, was on site regularly to oversee the project. He was always quick to respond, communicative through the process, provided helpful suggestions to save costs during the planning and design phase, and completed the work on time, per the drawings, and within budget. His team quickly finished any remaining punch list items.

During the process, they cordoned off areas they were working in to keep dust away from open areas and never left the job site messy. We have and will continue to use ProBuild.

I've known Alex, the owner of Pro Build Construction, for almost a year now, and he has already worked on three of my gyms. Alex is super reliable and always available for a call. He takes personal pride in each project and ensures they stick to the timeline.

One of the major renovations we did was at one of my 7500 sqft gyms, involving flooring, paint, lights, etc. Alex said we would only need to close the business for one week, and he stuck to the timeline. He had workers on-site day and night to ensure the project was completed within the agreed week, allowing us to open the doors to our members as promised.

Overall, I am super happy with Pro Build Construction, and they will always be my go-to general contractor for any commercial projects!

Update 12/31/25: following a major project at the KOMO Plaza (June 2025- demo and full buildout of a gym), Alex and his team has been on top of closing the loops on smaller tasks. They're easily reachable for any repairs or maintenance issues. Alex goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are fully taken care of.
