Your driver in a white Chevy Silverado, who I'm assuming is the owner or in sales since he had his wife in the passenger seat and a dog kennel in the back, cut off a Corliss dump truck while merging onto 167 and then decided that allowing others to merge onto the freeway as well was out of the question. He then rode the bumper of the car in front of him for as long as I could see him.

Since this seems to be an issue with your company per other reviews, maybe some remedial driving lessons are in order.

Yes, Not a customer. But your employee's represent your company out on the road and now twice i have had an issue with one of your company vehicles, this one today stopped 3 car lengths from the stop sign blocking the road and impeding my travel for no reason at all. (If you want to talk on the phone why not pull over to a safe spot and do so!)Your drivers are very inconsiderate to others on the road.

Your driver nearly killed us. Swerved into our lane suddenly and cut us off; then decided he wanted back into the former lane, and held up traffic. Monday June 6th, 10:45 AM on 348th EB between Enchanted Pkwy and Pac Hwy, Federal Way. Poor drivers displaying company logo are bad advertising.

Compared to the company my HOA is now contracted with, SS Landscaping did not provide services even close the appearance and care I now observe. The SSL crews did not seem to care about the job they did mowing and edging. The weed edging and cutting damaged the trunks on several trees. As a resident in the HOA, I have no detail knowledge of the contracts, prices or prior communications between the HOA board and SSL. I just know how much less value in appearance SSL provided compared to our current provider.

Service to our homeowners association is okay for mowing and trimming, but they neglect shrubs and weeds.
The main entrance is a disgrace to our community. Weeds taller than shrubs growing next to them. Very visible & could possibly be a poisonous one???
Fallen tree unnoticed and left laying without removal.
Tree suckers popping up everywhere. Weed whacking seems to be their solution & this was only partially done.
Disappointed in the service provided to our community & it’s homeowners that pay dues for this service.

I am going to edit my initial review... Once SS was made aware of the situation (Property management company was not communicating any updates to the repair) they worked to action a solution and communicated accordingly.

The property management company... well, that's a different review.

I was on the board of our HOA. This company did not preform well at all. I believe they are the third landscape company that was hired since approximately 2008. The first company was out of Olympia, Puyallup was too far away. So the board had hired another company T***** in late March 2020 but because of COVID they weren’t able to perform. SS Landscaping promised us that they didn’t miss a beat because of COVID. SS Landscaping made guarantees and promises that we would be their “SHOWCASE PROPERTY “. They had two years managing our property, late Feb 2021 thru late Feb 2023 (that’s less than 6 months ago). So we’ve had two companies in three years, three in about 15 years. Thank God we found an honest landscape company after SS Landscaping, the difference is UNBELIEVABLE !
PS: Their math is fuzzy just like their promises and performance.
SSL: If you don’t like honesty and poor reviews, do what you promise…..or don’t promise ! We have photographic evidence.
And yes I am vindictive, we hired you at a substantial increase and we got substantially less, way, way less than what you promised.

Employees driving company vehicles slow causing a line of traffic and then flipping off the cars once they go around.

Felix is super nice and his entire team are respectful and hard working. Thank you Felix, it was very nice talking with you.

I also want to commend Felix and his crew and their attentiveness to our Club Homes in Canterwood. He makes sure our individual requests are carried out. I really depend on him to keep my yard well cared for. Thank you Felix and crew!

I think that I need to tell you that this property has had since I've been here. They care about the gardens, they listen to your concerns, and they do exactly as they say they're going to do as well as NOT do. Mike and Roberto are very knowledgeable about plants and take great care in what they do. I was very apprehensive at first for them to take care of the gardens but now I have no worries. They do a fantastic job !! THANK YOU S S LANDSCAPING!!! Can't not forget about Marko and Pedro and there special effort to make my yard beautiful.

The employees are very Nice and considerate. They took time to knock on my door to notify me that they will be on the side of the house cleaning the yard for the housing community. He stated he didn't want to scare me or intrude on the property so he made sure that I knew he was here.very nice very professional very polite I do recommend.
I am also glad that they were able to come out to Silverdale Washington to clean and maintain the landscaping for Sterling Heights community.
