Job not done. Trees down but not all cut up as per quote. Not hauled away as per quote. Area not cleaned up as per quote. Promised it would be made right but still waiting. I should not have paid in full until 100% complete.

These Guys are amazing. They deadwooded and chipped probably 40 trees and removed 5-6 more. They are very professional with 3 climbers and 5 scrappers working hard for over 8 hours. I highly recommend the them for large or small jobs.

The owner, Bob was very short with me. He responded oh so condescendingly when I asked a simple question. He responded in a smug way as if I was stupid for asking it. He was difficult to deal with and I wont deal with him again.

I have used The Guys at all tree service two times for different services. Both times I was very pleased with work and professionalism of the employees.

My experience with The Guys @ All Tree Service was excellent from the time I first contacted them for an estimate to completion of the work. When Bob came to discuss my project he was very professional and knowledgeable. He patiently listened to everything I wanted done and had a solution for all of my concerns. When his crew came to do the work they knew exactly what needed to be done and immediately got to work. They did a beautiful job of trimming shrubs, removing dead ones and bringing my yard "back to life." I really appreciate the care and work ethic of everyone involved. I highly recommend this company.

Bob came out and gave us a bid to remove 6 trees from our property. He was very professional and seemed to have a good deal of knowledge about tree removal. 4 of our trees hade wires on 2 sides making it a little tricky. There price was lower than I had expected and the crew was quick and professional. I would highly recommend The Guys at all Tree Service to anyone in need of tree removal.

Good communication, followed through with the planned scope of work in a timely manner, & they had fair pricing. This was for tree removal and tree trimming. The shape & health of those trees is much better 🌳 (except the one that was removed, that one refused to cooperate so we parted ways 🪵). My experience with this company was good all around & I plan to call these Guys in the future. Thanks again!

I wasn’t Bob’s client but a neighbor of his client. Last 3/23/24, his crew came cutting down the trees in my neighbor backyard. One of his guy asked for my permission to park the mobile shredding truck on my driveway for closer access to the site. I agreed with the caution that the driveway edge was an add-on and fragile. Indeed, under the weight of the heavy truck and it’s load, the driveway edge gave in with couple broken pieces, the cement block cracked and sunken. They notified me and said their boss would come fixing it tomorrow or the day after.

I asked my neighbor for Bob’s number and texted him. He said he would send someone patching it but not this or next week. They are busy. I said I wanted him to come over so he and I would know exactly what needed to be done. I showed him the sunken and cracked area and that’s needed to be removed and replaced, not just the broken pieces. He nodded and I took it as a gentleman agreement. I had to be out of town for a few weeks so we agreed work would start after my return (late April). When I was back home, I asked him for the timeline of the repair. He said he wasn’t sure. I asked to have it done by the end of May so I can host some out-of-town friends in June. He agreed. End of May was up, at my urging he sent me an email (and a guy at the door) saying they would only replace the broken pieces, that’s it. I refused. He broke the agreement and reneged on the promise just because it would cost him more to replace the cement block than to patch the broken edge!

I told him respect takes a long time to earn but it can be lost in one instance. He has worked hard to earn his reputation but beware, if he damages your property, you are at his mercy.

The team for The Guys did an amazing job. From start to finish, my dead tree was down and removed in 30 minutes. They were all very professional and the clean up was first rate. I was really impressed and would recommend them to all of my friends and neighbors.

Bob & Stan were great- professional & communicative! Their staff were not quite as consistent (in communicating) but overall did good work. I’d use them again!

First, we got a quote in the same day. Bob and Stan were able to make a great deal in getting rid of the trees and getting them disposed of properly (chipped). We had several large (8) alder trees in a narrow space between the house and a fence (like 48”). They were able to remove all the trees in less than 2 hours and cleaned all the debris. I could not ask for a better company with such great service.

From my first call through the departure of the stump grinding crew, the entire process was a great experience. Good communications and punctuality were flawless from the beginning. The chipping crew was fast but thorough - it was obvious that they are very experienced ! The stump grinder was already standing by as the chipper folks were preparing to leave. They did a fantastic job on several large feeder roots AND the stumps. I never sensed that they were anxious to leave; they actually seemed to concentrate on doing a good job. What a novel concept, especially in these days!! My only negative feeling about this whole thing is that I've run out of trees for them to remove.

The men at all guys were top-notch. They were fast and cleaned up afterwards, and the price was exceptionally reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs tree trimming.
