Will and Ben were very helpful with helping me remove as well as prune several trees on my property. They were very courteous, as well as knowledgeable about tree health and proper pruning and removal techniques.

We had a couple of tricky trees in our yard (huge hemlocks with multiple leaders for 2/3 of the tree height), and trees and fence underneath that we wanted to save. Will and his crew got the trees down safely and quickly, with no damage to the smaller trees or fence. I highly recommend them!

Chris and team did a fantastic job of bringing down 2 large leaf maples, trimmed another and ground a couple stumps. Inviting them back next winter to trim our cherry trees. I am a safety professional and was impressed with their work!

They know how to drop a large tree down in a tight area. We have a fence dividing me & my neighbors yard so about an 8-12ft width. . I was so scared to trust any tree co. (With not breaking the fence) but thank God I called them cause the climber tied a rope to some of the bigger rounds like the size of a persons midriff & they came down really smooth. No damage anywhere, they cleaned up all the branches & when they were leaving, a different neighbor of mine who was impressed by their work asked if they could trim a few of his trees & the owner bid it & they didn't need to wait. he scheduled him in- right on the spot. It only took them like 3hrs at my place & 45min. At the neighbors.

Pacific Tree and Will Baker were very easy to work with. I appreciated learning from Will and watching his team work. The cost of his work definitely matched the job done. I would encourage anyone in this general area to pick them for your tree work!

Pacific Tree Service did an amazing job cleaning up a large fallen tree that resulted from a wind storm. Another large tree removal company said they had a machine that could drag the tree out causing damage to my lawn. What!? Pacific Tree Service cut up the tree and removed everything beautifully. My lawn and driveway are cleaner than they were even before the wind storm. A+

Will and his crew were great to work with. Provided great service and asked questions when they needed things clarified. They came out two different days. First day, removed an evergreen tree and grinded the stomp in the front yard that was within few feet of the fence and house. No damage was done to the surrounding area. The logs were dropped down strategically in one location. Once removal and grinding was completed, they covered the drop zone and what was left of the tree stomp with leftover mulch from stomp grinding. They cleaned up after themselves and it felt like a tree was never there before. Second day, trimmed couple of trees in the backyard. They double checked to confirm what the plan was for trimming back the trees. The trees were within a few feet of the fence and neighbor’s property, nothing was damaged, and all trimmings were contained to our property. When they ran into some obstacles, they reached out to us and walked us through the issues, we came to an understanding and agreement. The work commenced and they were dragging and cleaning branches as they came down. The area was cleaned, and no sign of disturbance was noticeable. Before leaving, Will checked in with us to make sure we were satisfied with the completed work before leaving. That was greatly appreciated. Already have and will continue to recommend Will and his crew.

Will and his crew did an awesome job for us at our new house. We had them cut down two large holly trees and clear some over growth of blackberry bushes and english laurel along our fence line. They were very fast and professional, would highly recommend them.

Will and his team cleared 14 trees in our backyard today! Hardest working group of guys I have ever seen!! Our trees were 30+ feet tall! They grinded all the stumps and cleaned up afterwards! What a delight it was to hire Pacific Tree. We had taken down three other trees ourselves and it was very hard work. This time we hired Pacific Tree to take down the three remaining trees and we are doing the disposal. Chris, Will and Brian are efficient, fast and are also optimistic and positive people. They stacked the wood and branches very neatly and it will be easy to remove. I have already referred 2 neighbors to them and am looking forward to having them back in the Spring to do the stump grinding.

Update: I had Pacific Tree back last week to grind the stumps. Again, excellent service and quality work. And, it was like seeing old friends.
I would recommend them to everyone, and definitely get your stumps ground. It is really cost effective to use the ground stumps and roots as backfill, I am amazed at how much yardage I am getting out of it.

I reached out to other tree companys and was quoted alot more than what Pacific Tree service offered. Their communication and responses are in a timely manner. I spoke with Will and Ben who were both every respectful and pleasant. They were able to schedule us for the services we requested within a week! What was even better they completed everything in a matter of hours and left our property looking great. I plan to use them again in the future, I highly recommend.

I had Will come to give me a bid for the removal of a dead cedar tree and the tops of a few other trees. I also asked him about raising a few other trees and removing a holly bush and cutting roses. Honestly it was a pretty decent sized job. He came out the same day I called him for the bid and he was honest and very well priced. I decided to go with him over other bids because he really made me feel like my job was a priority. I honestly was impressed. He came out the following week to take care of everything and got it all done in one day. I have to say his team went above and beyond and they met all my expectations and then some. They cleaned up after themselves when the job was done and more importantly they were courteous. I never felt like my job was a check mark on their list. I will continue to use them in the future for any other pruning and maintence and I will be referring him to all my neighbors, friends, and family. My backyard looks amazing now and it has really opened up.

Great crew did fast and very tidy work on a not so easy broken tree limb. Would highly recommend Will and the guys.

I would like to start off by thanking Ben, Will, Orion, & Travis for all their expertise and hard work removing the tree in my front yard. This tree has been a pain in our butts for some time now. Orion was quick and respectful of the cable and electric lines near the tree when dropping limbs and logs to the ground and not hitting the fence in the process. These group of men were great to have working together to get this job done even though it wasn't a huge tree, only around 30-40ft tall. These guys were quick, respectful, and knowledgeable in their work and we will be using them again in the future for another tree we have in the yard when that time comes. Travis was a great groundsman in removing the fallen debris and getting it to the chipper. Orion was the speedy, respectful tree climber. Will was the groundsman/stump grinder. And Ben was the Man In charge who gave me the original quote in person, doing ground work as well. We would definitely recommend Pacific Tree Services for anybody looking for help with their trees! (We'd rate them higher if it were available.) A recent storm uprooted one of our 100+' trees. It fell across 3 properties, taking out fences and sheds. Knowing it would be a difficult removal, we researched several tree removal companies and Pacific Tree Services' reviews convinced us that we needed to include them in our pool of candidates. Will was prompt in contacting us and coming out to see our situation. After talking to him, we were convinced that he was the man for the job! Will and his crew showed up on time and we were amazed at the work they did. Their resourcefulness in a technically difficult situation was something to see. We were so happy with the job they did we had them wind sail all our remaining trees and remove another troublesome tree at our son's house. We would definitely have them take care of our trees in the future!

I hired Pacific Tree Service to take down a few trees and remove some dangerous hangers (also known as widow makers)from some huge trees in my yard and I'm extremely happy I did. Chris came out to do the initial estimate. I was blown away by his vast knowledge of trees and attention to detail, as he pointed out previous damage caused by inexperienced trimmers. He is truly an expert in his field. Will was great to work with! He and the rest of his crew showed up right on time, worked quickly and were very safe. Every branch that was removed from our tall trees was done so by lowering each piece down to the ground with a rope. Other cheap tree services will usually cut branches and then let them free fall to the ground which is unsafe and extremely risky. The last thing you want is a branch free falling, onto your deck railing or clipping your roof on it's way down! The cost for everything was very reasonable. I will absolutely work with Will and Chris again! I can't recommend them enough!

I had a horrible experience. I thought I was hiring a great company. The interview went very well. The guy is a smooth talker and knows how to really sell himself and his company but when it came down to doing the work, it turned out like crap. The tree was butchered. They didn’t even remove the tree suckers from the Hawthorne that I asked him to do, my son couldn’t believe how they left it. They were supposed to come back in the fall and spray my Hawthorne because it had a disease and it was going to die. If it didn’t get taken care of they didn’t come back and do that either I even called. I texted and still no response. I think this company is awful. I would never refer them to anybody.
