I have used this service for decades...originally, the senior Mr. Canzler came to my home and gave me an estimate. I recommend them highly and shall be using them again next Spring.

Parked their trucks in my driveway without my permission while they did work for my neighbor, blocked my wife from getting home after a long day of work. Dont hire them, hire people who respect others property and access to their home.

Friendly and professional people, both in the office and those who did the job. I would definitely recommend and will continue to use Canzler.

I have used Canzler 4 different times over the years, that should say how I feel about the job they do. They are the BEST

If you have a way to hall away debris that comes out of the trees that they worked on (6 foot branches) then hire them.....if not I would shy away from them....They did half the job and said that they would be back to finish....I called them after 2 weeks and fired them. I feel bad for the people that dont have the ways and means to clean up after these hacks.

Price seemed very reasonable, considering the amount of work involved. Worked hard to figure out what I wanted done, double checking when needed. Cleaned up well. Very professional. No hesitation in recommending them.

I badly need some tree trimming done around my house, maybe removal as well. In searching, I kept noticing good reviews for Canzler. Years ago, I had asked them for an estimate for the same tree, and the worker got here when I wasn't home. Finding the gate locked, he jumped the fence and dislodged the post. At least the company made good on it and reset the post.

So when I again started looking for a tree service, I figured maybe that previous incident was a one-off. Maybe I should give them another try. Well, first thing I noticed was their website contact form is broken. It's impossible to send them email through the website. Eventually I found a "comment" area, and posted my request there. When I didn't hear back, I finally called them that evening.

A woman answered the phone, and the first thing she said when I said I was calling about tree service was that it was actually after hours. I explained about the problem with their website contact form, and said I had been awaiting a response to the "comment" I left there. She went ahead and scheduled me for an estimate this morning. I asked that they call ahead, to give me time to leash up my dog and make sure I was prepared to answer the door and talk about trees.

This morning, around 8:00, my phone rings. I opened one eye, saw an unfamiliar number, figured it was a scammer or something, and drifted right back off to dreamland. They didn't leave voicemail.

A few minutes later, my doorbell rings, rousing me out of a deep dream. My dog goes crazy and gets his leg tangled. I stumble to the door, wondering what sort of emergency required my attention right then. I mean, who rings doorbells at 8 AM on a Saturday morning? A young man with a clipboard brightly introduced himself as Canzler tree service.

Needless to say, I had to send him away. There was no way I was going to be able to compose myself sufficiently on the spot to walk out back with him at the moment to discuss the tree, with my dog barking and waking up all the neighbors, to boot.

I called later and left voicemail, explaining what had happened. An elderly gentleman called back a short time later, and told me that they had a route to follow and I just happened to be the very first stop. It was impossible for them to call ahead for every job, he told me, citing expense (really? Is their business phone on a prepaid plan or something?). But I tried to be a good sport and said it was really no big deal in the grand scheme of things, I just wanted to let them know for future reference... At which point, the old man interrupted with, "Oh don't worry, we won't be back!" And hung up on me!

Two strikes for this company. They're not getting a third chance from me.

We hired Canzler’s to cut 4 trees down and to haul it all away and they did it all within just a couple of hours. They did an awesome job of cleaning up and went above and beyond by disposing tree limbs that my husband had chopped down without us even asking them too. Thank you Canzler’s.

Hello. First I want to say these guys are the cheapest in town! They charged me $500 to take down a 130' fir tree, grind the stump and clean up. They even said they would take care of the tax if I paid them in cash. So it only cost $500! out the door. They had five guys working besides Mr Canzler for 9 hrs. Do the the math! Mr Canzler told me all the other tree company's are getting filthy rich, and that he is happy making $10 an hr. He implied this was a normal day. I'll be hiring them again because the other companies wanted to charge us thousands for the same tree.

Had a large stump removed from a 60 year old tree. Their estimate was lower than others that I had gotten and they came recommended by a friend. They have the right equipment and ground down about 18 inches below grade so that I can plant another tree in the same spot. They were in the driveway exactly when their appointment was scheduled, unloaded, done, loaded and gone in an hour and a half. It cost me $200 more than if I had rented a small grinder and spent all day doing it myself. I would never have been able to do the quality job that they did, and if I didn't get done in one day I would have spent more for the rental than they charged. Pleasant people on the phone and in my yard. Highly recommend using them.

Had a great experience with Canzler. Tony and his team did a great job with stump grinding and removed a ridiculous patch of lillac in our back yard. Canzler came in with the lowest bid, had the entire job taken care of in less than 2 hours, and diligently cleaned up after themselves. I recommend Canzler tree services with confidence to anyone with landscaping needs. Looking forward to using Canzler again in the future. I would ignore the 1 Star reviews, including the crazy woman who was interrupted from her "deep dream". What a tool.
