Had nothing but issues with our landlord about getting service under our name. However, Heather was phenomenal in offering the best solution. She made the transition so easy and stress free. Best customer service bar far!

Great customer service when calling to switch some things on my account. Heather was super friendly and professional. We had no issues with the pickup service and they left the trash cans right where they had been instead of in the street or driveway. Very good company.

Just started service and the garbage bin they sent is old/used and recycle bin lid doesn’t close all the way. You get what you get, I guess.

Updated rating: Recycle bin is much better after putting a heavy box on top of it for a couple of days. Hopefully I can get a different garbage bin.

I recently ordered a 20 yard dumpster and had some difficulty getting everything finalized as the date approached. When I called again near the end of the day, Maria answered and was extremely helpful.

She took the time to understand the situation and made sure it was handled, which was very refreshing after multiple prior calls. I appreciated her professionalism and willingness to help get things resolved.

I recently contacted Pierce County Refuse after the organization I work for received a notice that some of our mail had been rejected by the post office. I spoke with an agent named Rhea, and she was exceptional. She took the time to review all of our station accounts (we have 6 or 7 locations, with both refuse and recycling services), verify each address, and update our email information to ensure future invoices are delivered correctly. Her patience, thoroughness, and professionalism truly stood out, especially in a time when great customer service isn’t always guaranteed.

Aj's Tree Experts came out and worked on a maple in our back yard. They did an amazing job. Very professional and highly recommend!

Really happy with the work from AJ Tree Experts, LLC. The crew showed up on time, trimmed the trees carefully without overdoing it, and cleaned everything up before leaving. Super professional and easy to work with. The yard looks way better and feels a lot safer now. Would definitely use them again.

I highly recommend AJ’S Tree Experts, They gave me a timely quote and performed the work at a fair price within the week as promised. I had nine trees trimmed mostly apple trees and they turned out beautiful. Very prolific blooming afterwards. Great communication and very professional. Was worth every penny!!

Anthony and his team came out to cut down 5 trees that needed climbed. He was a fraction of the cost I got from 3 other places. Will use them again in the future, and reccomend them to everyone.
