Workers in the lawn mower area had no clue about the mower that I bought at Home Depot. Sadly the young girl recommended me to go to The Tracker Equipment store down the road to see if they could help me. They couldn't cause they don't carry the brand. I returned to Home Depot (after searching YOUR website for the spark plug I needed) and found it myself. When can I pick up my paycheck for doing her job that should have been done in the first place? Very poor customer service when a employee sends me to another company.

Very nice, wide variety of perennials and annuals to choose from. Staff in the light bulb area awesome!! Helpful to find a particular type of bulb 💡 many Mahalos for her!

Very nicely organized place, garden section is very clean and beautiful, staff was helpful and nice... But only bad thing- even you are selling pretty huge things you have only regular size plastic bag available at the register. But very good overall.

Chad is a really personable guy and does good work.

Have had his service for 2 years.Chad rocks. So friendly and great work. He reseeded our front yard ad added soil to flatten out yard. Looks amazing. Our back was puddles in area. Not this year. I can’t recommend him enough. Thank you Chad.

The crew that works for this company are some super workers. I could believe how fast and efficiently this team worked. Highly would recommend!

They came by and gave me a fantastic bid they even blew off my drive way where a dead limb fell off the tree and got debris everywhere and that's before I even hired them!

I had a tree fall on my shed during a storm and needed a tree company to come out for emergency service and with 3 hours of calling all around tree care came and got the tree off my shed fast and efficiently. This company rocks!

It was sad to say goodbye to our tree as it was already on its lasts legs. All around tree care was professional, prompt and quick. They were careful to cut down my tree and it was a lot of fun to see the process.

Stan was easy and professional to work with. He didn't try to oversell and gave me options, so I could work it into my budget. When his crew arrived, they were all business and never stopped until everything was done. Each person knew their job and worked together like a Military unit. Tree cutting portion of the job was adequate but, the clean up was poor and damaged my home. Stan made promises to return and repair but he did not. Stan promised to return and make repairs, nothing. Stan agreed to a monetary agreement and again he lied and did not send. I cannot recommend this or pacific tree contractors to cut trees. I have had a poor ith both son and father owned companies experience. Buyer beware

Sunday morning, September 29th 2024, a large Maple over four stories was being cut down fast. This tree was located in the planting strip. There was no permit posted for this tree's removal. Neighbors had gathered and asked for the tree removal to be stopped. The other of the rental property as well as, All Around Tree Care refused until an officer showed up from the Tacoma Police department and shut the operation down.The man in charge of the crew got in his car and drove away as soon as the police showed up.

I had these guys remove a tree from my dads house that was close to the house and they did an amazing job. Moved it in an efficient and safe manor. Where on time gave us a more than fair price and left no mess at all. I was actually blown away they even took all the saw dust away. Would defiantly recommend these guys and will use them again for any tree service needs. That guy Stan was old school straight up dude. 5 stars 10 out of 10 all round awesome.

Stan the owner, gave me a bid I could not refuse it was for the same price as a bid from another company but Stan offered two times the service as the other company. Stan was upfront, funny, and easy to work with from our first encounter. The crew arrived the following day around 3pm and worked I mean these guys worked hard without taking one break nor were they just standing around every person on the crew had a task yet you could see the teamwork. Stan informed me I was their third service call for that day, I was totally blown away when I saw how hard and relentless his crew were working. I never heard one guy on the crew use profanity or have a bad attitude. I highly recommend All Around Tree Care.

Stan gave a competitive quote and finished a big and challenging job with high quality! Although he had to reschedule twice (first time they showed up on time but looking at the job, they decided that they didn’t have the right people for it and second time they pushed it by a day but informed in advance), but we are very happy with the work performed!

Quit sending threatening emails to your customers that pay their bills on time/early. Check clears my bank 10 days before the bill is due, and I get threatening email that my bill is overdue. Call you idiots up just to hear you say that there is no problem, bill paid on time. Has happened several times! Pull your head out!

Ana was super helpful. She addressed all our concerns and even brought up ways of making paying online easier and more convenient for us. She was clear and concise with explaining all our issues and handled them with the utmost professionalism. She was very kind in how she spoke with us and I’ve had to deal with many of those who are not kind when it comes to paying bills. We’re glad that there’s great people out there like Ana who handle these issues with such care. Thank you Ana for your above and beyond customer service.
