I spoke with Maria-Koreti and she was amazing. She displayed excellent knowledge about the processes and procedures of paying my bill over the phone and requesting a bigger bin. She also listened well, there was no talking over one another or miscommunications throughout the interaction. It was a pleasure speaking with her.

Just moved in recently as well as my neighbor. This company missed my garbage once already and my neighbor twice, then when she called they tried to blame her for the missed pick up. They claimed she filled her huge garbage can all the way to the top again in the couple of hours in between when they were supposed to pick up and her calling. Not so great customer service over a mistake on their end that has happened 3 times in a row now.

Quick thank you to Heather M. for her precise, accurate and professional support this morning. I had a credit card fraud issue and she helped me to quickly resolve it without it being an iterative process. Thanks Heather.

Ana was super friendly and helpful with explaining my options for upgraded service and quickly took care of everything!

I called and had the pleasure of speaking with, Ana. I am moving out of state and of course have extra garbage to be picked up. Ana let me know I can use the recycle bin for extra garbage for an extra fee- SOLD! I don’t have to go to the dump, I save time, and my extra trash won’t blow around in this wind. Ana was very kind, spoke clearly, offered a solution for my issue, and it was quick and easy! Thank you again, Ana!

Regardless of the weather conditions on our pick up day, the crews pay no attention to cabs after the cans are dumped.
As a 77 year old widow, having to manipulate them to empty them of water is not easy.
Every subscriber deserves the best possible customer services as fees for services continue to rise.

Every year they raise the price. If we had a choice, we would use a different garbage service. They get 2 stars because the driver that services our street is awesome, very nice guy, and great to our dog. Otherwise they'd get a negative score.

I’m a new customer who haven’t had to pay separately for waste and recycling. It’s always been covered in my previous HOA dues. I didn’t remember pickup dates, so I called the office and spoke Ana to inquire of my pick up days and to request a larger receptacle. She was kind enough to provide the dates and offered to mail a schedule out. Yes she explained I could download the app, however I prefer not adding any more apps on my phone. She was pleasant, professional and patient during our interaction.

My father called earlier this week for an issue with his yard waste. He is elderly. He told me that Heather was very unhelpful and and talked down to him like a child. She didn't do anything for him and made him feel like she was blaming him. Even if it was his fault she could have helped him. I have called for my own service before and the other ladies are fine so I don't know what is wrong with Heather. Maybe she should not be customer service

I received excellent customer care from Anna. She was helpful, polite, and understanding. She had the answers I needed and she also answered other questions that came up during our conversation.

I had to call yet again with more questions. This time Ana answered the phone and far exceeded my expectations. It's so nice that true customer service is recognized, rewarded and encouraged. Ana was amazing helping me today get my accounts and payments sorted out. We've recently moved and the address for my new account wasn't showing up. She was so friendly and patient as she walked me through how to link my new address account number to my portal and even helped me get the previous accounts deleted from my profile so they won't keep showing up on my dashboard. Just outstanding customer service. She wasn't rushed at all.
