I hadn't set up refuse disposal as a tenant in many years and I'm so happy with the service provided by Maria. Maria gave me lots of really helpful info without overwhelming, is very patient with all my questions, and set up my account in such a timely manner.

Very nice folks! I totally forgot to put on my bin last night and I ran outside JUST NOW to meet the truck. They were done with our street and just turning around to leave. They generously stopped just to grab my bin.

Maria was so sweet . Not only did she help with getting a missed pick up scheduled, she also called back to let me know after reviewing my account we were actually being charged for a service error on their part and was letting me know we will be refunded on our next bill. Thank you Maria for going above and beyond.

I’ve been using the Pierce County Refuse for over 20 years. I have always received excellent service from the incoming and outgoing personnel in the booths, along with occasional humor. The same is true regarding the personnel at the recycle, yard waste and garbage areas with the exception of humor.
The only times I’ve encountered excessive delays has been when everyone decides to go to the facilities following a storm.

Looking at my billing for the last year they add random charges for overweight can. I've taken pictures of my trash can every week now, and then I have to argue with customer service to remove extra charges. I was told the driver notes overfull or overweight cans if the lid doesn't close. I've seen at least 6 of these charges on my billing over the last year it's like one a billing cycle they just add the charge for extra money. Sucks that where I live i have to use them because no other provider is available, and I'm forced to pay there phantom charges regardless. So now every week I take pictures of my trash can then wait to argue with billing. I have the smallest trash can, I don't pay for yard waste, and I have recycling. They tried to push yard waste on my and I refused it, so this must be their way to get that money since I have the smallest garbage can, I recycle and don't have a yard can. What a great company. Pay attention to your billing or they will rip you off and there's nothing that can be done. My pictures are from the morning my trash goes out at the curb. Crooks all they want is money and if you don't get their bigger cans they'll find a way to get more money from you

HERE'S THEIR SOLUTION THEY PUT A DO NOT PICK UP ON MY TRASH SERVICES, SO IF SOMEONE DOES PUT A BAG IN MY CAN I NOT ONLY HAVE TO PAY FULL PRICE FOR TRASH SERVICES NOW THEY WON'T PICK IT UP AT ALL SO I THEN HAVE TO PAY EXTRA TO GO TO THE DUMP AFTER PAYING FOR THEIR SERVICES WHAT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

They skipped picking up our dumpster saying it was blocked, even though it's not, and it was not the night before. This has been happening like every other week.

I’m going through a very rough time making difficult decisions. I don’t usually speak in metaphors, but speaking to Ana was like finding an oasis in the middle of the Sahara desert. I found her to be very kind, courteous, and efficiently professional. I would do business with this company just on the basis of being able to talk with her again.

A day to be thankful and grateful! Kamylle took my inquiry on a rather complex level and provided patience and education on what would be best for our family cost wise. Prior to engaging in the different scenarios, she kindly verified first if my request was even feasible which seems rare recently when you spend time feel good and find out you don’t qualify! She was pleasant and professional and did not know that I am disabled and struggle with writing and comprehension at times, I was able to read my notes clearly and understand with certainty exactly what to expect. I was overwhelmed with such a great understanding and pleased I had forgotten another question and she took my next call with same care to ensure I was fully informed before making any decisions. I've met one of the young men that does the work, taking way trash in my area I reside. The young man was very respectful, and helpful,guiding me to the tools like the website or app and telling me himself of certain items that is acceptable to be in specific containers or not. AN SAYing the app will also show me a swell. In all great experience. No problems.

My autopay card was changed today with the help of Adam who stuck with me as I worked through the process online. I really appreciated his patience and his friendly voice and manner.
