Apex Tree Experts is a company comprised of integrous individuals who stand behind their word, provide stellar customer service, and execute the job with precision, thoroughness, and care. We had a massive cherry tree growing over our fence and into a couple of our trees. It looked messy and was overcrowding the trees, which we thought would be hindered them to grow well if the crowding continued. During the free estimate visit, Dan provided honest feedback by telling us the health of the tree is in good shape and the pruning would accomplish aesthetic preferences. He asked us what our goals are with the space and we really didn't have one, but he helped us figure it out. We came up with a plan and after seeing the end results, we are fully satisfied. The space looks cleaned up with no crowding. I didn't realized how much it was bothering me until the work was done. I now look out our window to see the area cleaned up and I'm no longer bothered. The crew did a thorough and impressive job cleaning up afterwards. We've had experiences with crews coming on our property and leaving a mess for us to clean up. With Apex Tree Experts, there was no work for us to do afterwards. We also really appreciate the follow up phone call to ensure we are satisfied - Jennifer is a delight. We recommend Apex for all your tree needs :)

The Apex team is incredibly professional, flexible, and responsive. We’ve accessed their services for a line of very old maples that were planted over a hundred years ago, but are situated under power lines. They’ve repaired damage to the trees caused by the city’s hack job and have cared for them in the years since. We will definitely be using them for all of our annual work. They’re wonderful!

Serviced our whole community to trim limbs and branches over and beside roads, took out two dead alders by main entrance. Did all the work in one day and did a great job of cleanup as they went. Only favorable comments from board and community members. The crew was polite, responsive and a joy to work with! Hired them for 2nd job to limb up a big fir tree for myself, done quickly and cleanly. Added bonus - my little dog got some extra attention that day.

We could not have been happier with the work that Apex did for us. We have used them for two separate groupings of trees. We had some problematic trees on a very steep slope hanging over our house. Several companies came out to look at the work, but as soon as Dan came and did the site walk we knew we wanted to go with his company. He walked us through what he would be doing and how he would be doing it to protect our house during the process.
They were professional and left the job site clean. The communication with the office was also wonderful! Jennifer is great at communicating what will be done and when. They show great care in what they do and they are extremely knowledgeable.
We would choose them again in a heartbeat!

I had a few questions about payment and was able to set up a plan that worked for us. We loved our experience with Apex. They were helpful, professional, and their work was perfect. When they came out for the assessment, the focused only on the items we asked them to -- another company gave lots of opinions about other trees and pressured us to get extra work done. Apex did not! Their guys were here right on time and went straight to work. I would absolutely recommend Apex for anyone's tree needs.

I had 2 140" trees near between the home and garage that needed to come down. Dan Folk, the owner of Apex Tree Experts was able to think outside what everyone else was thinking and used the trees for timber. His two employees that did the work that day, Bill the climber and Dylan the on ground assistant did the entire job safely and left the property looking great. I have had work done by them several time and will again.

Dan the owner came a did estimates and updated estimates due to complex City of Tacoma Tree Permit process. Jennifer was so professional and helpful guiding us through the permit process and revising estimates per changes required from City of Tacoma.

Excellent trimming and shaping of our two beautiful (and overgrown) Weeping Willow Trees. The guys did am amazing job cleaning up all the branches including blowing off our driveway - didn't even look like they were here! Great service and pleasant workers. Highly recommend!

I contracted with APEX to remove several unwanted trees and to trim a very large willow tree. The estimator came out and accurately reviewed our work to be accomplished, He took a sincere professional interest in our needs and suggested the services we would need. We agreed to terms and the crew came out at the appointed time. The crew and especially the crew lead explained the process, double checked the work to be done and proceeded to start the work. All the work was professionally accomplished including the cleaning and removal of all waste materials. When they were complete, the crew chief did a walk through with me to ensure all work was accomplished to our satisfaction. The work was exceptional, and I will hire them again. Thank you, APEX!
