Had Jason come by this morning, got me hooked up - very friendly, good pricing and cared about his work (bucket away, not just dump on ground) → nice combination!

Our whole experience with Ninjas was fantastic! From the timely and competitively priced bid and scheduling with Madison, to quality of work and clean up by the on site crew, I wish I could give them 100 stars. Austin and Isaiah were friendly, punctual and professional - they showed up exactly when they said they would and worked tirelessly until they were done. They cleaned up all the aftermath, leaving our yard as clean as the roof, solar panels, gutters and windows! And they serve Vashon! Can’t wait to work with this company again!

Quick, efficient and reasonably priced. Steve did a great job and I especially liked the text he sent before he arrived introducing himself with a photo and providing his eta. It was a nice touch!

Easy to make an appointment for gutter cleaning. Appointment was same week I called. Technician texted they were running early (when does that happen?) and they finished the job before the actual start time. Sent me photos of the clean gutter after. 10/10 would use this company again.

Austin was my Ninja a few days ago. They arrived within the given window, contacted me 15 minutes before they arrived. Told me exactly what they were going to do. They kept me updated on how the job was going. Took photos of the finished job. Totally professional, kind, courteous and respectful of my property. I will hire the Ninjas again when the time comes.

Scheduled a gutter cleaning and roof moss treatment on my 2 story house. I appreciated getting the cost in advance based on them reviewing online satellite pix of my roof. I got a text about 45 min before he arrived, which let me be sure to be around. Tyler cleaned out a couple years of gunk by hand and blew out the remaining little stuff. He unplugged 2 down spouts I didn't know were clogged. Then he blew off the porch to clean off some debris that fell. He followed that up with moss granules all around. Everything was very professional and I will hire them again in a year or so to do it again.

This company has excellent service. Pricing was great clarity on what they were doing was excellent. I would recommend them to Friends and Family.
