We got our floors refinished and even though we hadnt had the rug very long we wanted it cleaned. They picked it up delivered it back and it looks new. Affordable and quality work. Would highly recommend.

The company ook the time necessary to clean and deodorize a rug that 7 kittens had done their business on and did not charge me for any extra cleaning applications. I'm completely satisfied and will use them again.

Excellent experience! Lonzell and Sean showed up on time, they were super respectful of our house. Lonzell is very knowledgeable about duct cleaning due to his years of experience and this meant a lot to me. They seamlessly moved through the house with no disruption to us during the process, explained every aspect of the work that was being done. When Sean wasn’t sure, he consulted with Lonzell due to the fact that he was still in training, which showed to me a true willingness to learn as much as he can. Our house smells wonderful! I would highly recommend Fuzzy Wuzzy for any duct cleaning you may have.

Fuzzy Wuzzy still providing great service! We just had a beloved area rug cleaned and were dazzled by the results! In addition, Fuzzy Wuzzy is reliable, arriving in the pick-up and drop-off windows they gave us, and communicating beautifully. Please never close, Fuzzy Wuzzy!!!!!

What service! Excellent communication, professional conduct, and door to door service: you can't beat that! I think the pricing is quite fair, and the results are wonderful! I had two, white, wool, deep-pile, area rugs cleaned, and think it will be my annual treat for myself! I had heard about fuzzy-wuzzy for nearly 20 years before trying them, and I'm grateful they are still providing a rare service. The thought of my rugs being cleaned immersed, wool lover that I am, made me very happy.

We had a Persian rug take quite a beating between pets and a baby. Scheduling was easy via text and there was pretty immediate availability. They gave me a 3 hr window for both drop off and pick up but both times they arrived near the beginning of the window, which was great. I was warned at pick up that due to the rug type, there might be some dye bleeding, but when it was returned it was in perfect condition. And as soft and plush as ever! I've used Fuzzy Wuzzy twice before for a different rug and will continue to do so

I really appreciate their customer service - picking up and dropping off - and that they were willing to redo a cleaning free of charge that was unsuccessful the first time. And they also did it dryer vents and were very kind and did a great job!

Arrived on time. Took all 7 area rugs, cleaned them and returned in one week. Also sold me area rug pads to replace ones that were terribly worn. Those are really nice. We had a concern about one rug showing some weird spots but it was the nap and how it was brushed in places. They took the rug back and re-cleaned it and eliminated the issue. Excellent service. Reasonable pricing that included pick up and delivery.

My rug got returned to me looking exactly the same not once but twice. I called and explained that it seemed like they hadn’t done anything to my rug and they offered to clean it again for me and when I got it back from being cleaned the second time it still didn’t look like they had done anything to it. Honestly this company seems like it may be a scam or something? I had a really weird experience and strongly recommend that people go elsewhere unless they want to pay for nothing.

Just wanted to add that I was not expecting any stains to be removed. I also clearly stated that when I called them mentioning that I was unsatisfied with the cleaning the first time. They are of course going to try to save face because they don’t want to take actual accountability for not cleaning my rug. What I’m referring to is surface level dirt that if my rug was actually cleaned would have been removed.

Fuzzy Wuzzy is a great choice for carpet and furniture cleaning. Tony arrived on time, dud a fabulous job on the coach, chair, and carpet. He took away area rugs for cleaning, which were returned right on time. Quality work at a competitive price, I am completely satisfied and would use Fuzzy Wuzzy again!

Wonderful experience with Fuzzy Wuzzy Rug Cleaning Co! From the free pickup and delivery to only a week’s wait to get them all back (Friday to Friday), I appreciate the professionalism and expedient service. The cost was very reasonable for cleaning and deodorizing 10 rugs of varying sizes, from small to very large. They also provided the same services for a long cushion from a window seat with matching bolster-type pillows. The delivery guys were great too (Dustin and his partner whose name has slipped my mind). They were knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. I will be using Fuzzy Wuzzy in the future. We didn’t unroll our carpet until we moved. Rug looked basically the same as when we sent it, stained. I’m not an expert but the stains were from previous dog vomit… fairly pricey for how it turned out.

Very friendly service. Grand that they pick up and deliver my rug and curtains. Prompt service. Turn around time is only 1 week. I’ve used Fuzzy Wuzzy for several years now. I am always happy with the quality of their work
