My rug got returned to me looking exactly the same not once but twice. I called and explained that it seemed like they hadn’t done anything to my rug and they offered to clean it again for me and when I got it back from being cleaned the second time it still didn’t look like they had done anything to it. Honestly this company seems like it may be a scam or something? I had a really weird experience and strongly recommend that people go elsewhere unless they want to pay for nothing.

Just wanted to add that I was not expecting any stains to be removed. I also clearly stated that when I called them mentioning that I was unsatisfied with the cleaning the first time. They are of course going to try to save face because they don’t want to take actual accountability for not cleaning my rug. What I’m referring to is surface level dirt that if my rug was actually cleaned would have been removed.

My wife and I own a small rental and needed to get the carpets cleaned after a tenant with large stinky dogs vacated. We were given a very reasonable quote by Fuzzy Wuzzy, and they had immediate availability.

Their tech was punctual, professional, and polite. He did a great job on our carpets (that smell great again), and he was even kind enough to leave us a pair of over-shoe booties so we could complete other repairs in the house after he left.

We will absolutely be using them again next time.

We use Fuzzy on an annual basis to clean our carpets. Price estimates are always fast and reasonable, and staff are super responsive when booking.

Everything was simple and easy from getting a quote, to scheduling pickup service, to receiving my rug back. They even assisted with placing the rug in my living room upon delivery. There was a huge difference between the initial quote and actual cost that they attributed to a training error. However, they communicated the error before I committed to use them and the actual cost is what I was initially expecting to pay when I was researching services anyway. I’d still book with them again because besides some frayed ends (that I already had on the rug from previous use) the rug looks brand new and I love it!

Quick and professional. We have a deep red 4x6 area rug they clean for is once a year. It always comes back brighter and the pile feels see much thicker! Their rug pads are also exceptional.

Slow response time and services are more expensive than the rug was to begin with however....with that said...their pick up and delivery service would be amazing if I had a rug that was worth that cost.
