This is the third time I’ve used Fuzzy Wuzzy to clean a rug(s). I’ve always been very pleased with the results. They are courteous, and don’t make you wait all day for pick up and delivery. I would definitely recommend them

This company is very good at cleaning. I have 10X8. Rug. Dustin retrieve the rub from my house and also the one that brought it back. I showed him the troubled area, he took note of that.. when I got the rug back , I was so happy not to mention Destin took his time to put that some heavy pieces back i place, No he did not have to do that, but he did, and I appreciate him so much.Please give the man a raise. If you want it done right please call Fuzzy Wuzzy

Jens arrived on time, talked through the options with us, and worked hard to meet our expectations! Jens was friendly, professional, and was overall amazing!!

Their customer service is appalling. They only have one person working in the morning and it takes forever to get your laundry. If you point out any problem with your order they'll start arguing with you.

Dustin came on time. He was polite and courteous, answering my questions. He used his time efficiently and left a stairway carpet looking mwrvelous.
