Lincoln's crews are first rate. They show up as planned, work efficiently (and safely), and clean up well after the job is complete. For both gutter installation and roof & gutter cleaning, it is what one expects of contractors' performance - but not all contractors work to that high standard.

I was provided with an estimate very quickly and options were discussed. Once I decided to use Lincoln Gutters, communication was excellent and the work was done on time and efficiently. I have decided to become a continued customer and highly recommend them.

We went with Lincoln because they offered the best quote of the three we received and had good reviews. Working with them through the quote up to placing the job order was positive, but communication fell apart on the day of install. We were given a morning window so scheduled our contractor to be present to discuss what was needed at that time. The crew didn’t show. We called several times throughout the day and were given different windows each time. They finally arrived at the end of the day with barely any daylight left. Our impression of Lincoln was deteriorating, but the crew took the first step in turning it around — they were apologetic, understanding of our frustrating, and just seemed like good guys. Despite the fading daylight, they got right to work and did what they could before saying they’d need to come back the following day to finish. Note, if your house has eyebrows make sure they are aware when quoting. They weren’t aware of this when the crew came out and they had to send another crew out on a third day to finish. We were happy with the job done until we received the invoice which had a charge for screens which was not on the approved job order but had been installed. When things go wrong you learn what kind of company you are really dealing with and Lincoln surpassed our expectations. They worked with us to make things right and ensure we were satisfied with the outcome. With Lincoln Gutters you get a professional job and a company that understands the value of the customer experience. I absolutely recommend Lincoln Gutters for these qualities.

Lincoln Gutters was thorough in getting the job done. I appreciate the fact that they chose to consider our budget in their work. Gutters that still work well were adjusted and kept in place. New gutters replaced older damaged ones and matched them in color. Best yet, there are no leaks.

Received a decent quote and had work done. Workers were nice and respectful.
Came with wrong color gutter and had to convince them to fix it. They didn’t want to come back so they spray painted it black. Better than the white that don’t match either gutter styles. The also cut into my roof accent rather than extending the gutter. Now I have to paint it so my wood doesn’t rot.

It was easy to connect with Lincoln Gutters, tell them what I wanted done, review the bid and pay the deposit-all though email. The team who did the work were friendly and efficient and did a terrific job blowing off the debris. I’m happy to recommend them to family and friends.

I just had an excellent experience with Lincoln Gutters. I did an online request on Sunday, Kameron was by on Monday to give me an estimate, and Tuesday morning Austyn, Juan and Tyler showed up to install my gutter screens. 20 minutes later the job was complete and the guys were on their way! The crew arrived on time and got right to work. They were friendly, explained everything clearly, and cleaned up thoroughly—including using a magnetic broom to collect stray nails. The new gutters with guards look great, and I expect them to last for decades!

Lincoln Gutters was awesome! They quoted a price lower than others we received and tailored our gutter replacement to exactly what we needed. Excellent gutter cleaning and moss removal service! Zachary was easy to work with and answered my questions promptly and with kindness. These guys even treated the little roof on my shed as part of the job. Would definitely hire again!
