My rug was very stinky! They offered to clean it a second time for free to get the smell out. They asked to keep it longer to make sure it was to my standards. I really appreciate that they stood behind their work.

I have had this company clean runners for me, which I took in to the store. It did a great job. Then I had them come to the house to clean wall to wall carpet. The change was astounding. Their cleaning process was terrific and more than met my expectations.

I called Fuzzy Wuzzy to come clean a couch of mine. I was having an event in a few days and needed the couch cleaned ASAP they were able to accommodate my appointment immediately and at a time that was convenient for me. This company is amazing and wonderful to work with. The guy they came and clean the couch his name was Robert. He called me about 15 minutes before he was to arrive to inform me that he was on his way, this was really nice so that I could ensure that I was ready. When he came he cleaned the couch impeccably and made sure to do a flawless job. I only needed one side of the sectional cleaned, because of this one side was a little lighter in color than the other. He even went above and beyond to match the colors of both sides of the couch for me. This company comes highly recommended from me!

Fuzzy Wuzzy was awesome! I wanted a large carpet cleaned, but the guy who came out said it would probably disintegrate if they washed it due to age. Advised me to get a new pad and went on his way. Came back a week later with the pad. Amazing service!

I love this company!! It’s so easy, fast, professional, and they get the job done perfectly every time. All I have to do is go online fill out a short questionnaire about the service I’m looking for (usually area rug cleaning). Fuzzy Wuzzy sends me a response to my inbox (email, text, or phone call) almost immediately. THEY COME PICK IT UP AND DROP IT BACK OFF FOR FREE!!!! The whole process usually takes a week. I have sent in a rabbit fur area rug that my son tracked poop on his shoe ALL OVER! like no way this is going to come clean and that’s even if you CAN wash a huge WHITE rabbit fur rug and I got it back soft as when I sent it in. Looking brand new. No stain no odor no imperfections. And brought right to my door all for less then $150. I will recommend this company to anyone and will always use them for my carpet, rug, and upholstery needs.

Fuzzy Wuzzy got my area rug clean & odor free with their enzyme treatment. I adopted a senior male dog & he had marked the rug several times. I was sure it was a loss but I tried Fuzzy Wuzzy & they saved my favorite plush 1” pile rug ‼️ I’ll be using the service again with my other then rugs.
