My area rug came back looking exactly as it did before they picked it up. The pickup/drop off option was nice, but it doesn't look like anything was actually done to the rug. Was told I'd receive a call the next day from management but never did.

Had to have the driver's vehicle close to the front door due to limited parking space. Unfortunately, the condition of the vehicle engine was so poor it nearly gassed us out of the house.

I really enjoyed that as soon as I scheduled the appointment I got a follow up text and I got text reminders of when they were coming to my house to get the rug. That was super helpful! I also liked that I could reply to a text if I needed to change the pick up time and somebody responded to me and I didn’t have to place another phone call. I hired them to clean the living room carpet for my grandparents house because there were so many stains that were so bad I didn’t think it was possible to clean it. Almost instantly after I requested a quote the team reached out to me and within minutes I was scheduled for the next day. The guy that showed up called me to let me know he was 15 minutes out and when he showed up he was extremely friendly and professional. He gave me some extra deodorizer and carpet cleaner and then was in and out within an hour. I still can’t believe the carpet is so clean and the stains are gone. I will definitely call them again when I need carpet cleaning.

This was such an easy and well managed process. They were able to pick up the rug only a few days after I called asking for a cleaning and returned it a week later. The rug looks great and has no smell at all. I was concerned about potential soapy or chemical smells and there are none. The rug looks great and was well cared for.

This company hires the best people! Our operator/carpet cleaner was exceptional. He took great care navigating the house, stairs and corners to avoid marking up the walls and paint, wore shoe covers, kept me in the loop throughout the process, provided recommendations that were honest and he was personable. Pricing was competitive and the carpet after a few hours dry time looked fantastic. Would highly recommend!
