I highly recommend Lincoln Gutters. They've been the go-to company for my neighbors and I for a couple of years now. I live in a townhouse and my roof is connected to 5 other houses. Lincoln is always able to take care of each home for a very fair rate. Customer service support in their office is always very pleasant and easy to work with as well. All quotes, scheduling and payments are easily handled through the companies portal.

If you need gutter work/cleaning, definitely give them a call!

Had a botched job by Simply Installations (aka Simply Gutters) who clearly had no idea how to fix ANY of their errors. Easier to go through a reputable company who showed up on time than the company who wouldn't fix the gutters. Now they look great. Will recommend Lincoln Gutters!

I hired this company to replace the gutters on my home. From the quote process, through installation and working with the timing of the person who painted my house (painting the facia in between the removal of the old gutters and putting up the new gutters), they were professional and worked with the timing I needed. This company also replaces facia, which made the whole process so much easier. They listened to my concerns and came up with a resolution. Kam, as the lead, did an awesome job of coordinating everything and keeping the process running smoothly. Everyone I talked to was professional, easy to work with and knew their job. I would highly recommend this company.

I recently hired a Lincoln Gutters to clean my roof and gutters, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, the experience was professional and efficient.

The appointment was easy to set up online. The staff was friendly and responsive, answering all my questions about the process and costs.

On the day of service, Rodrigo and TA
were well-equipped with ladders, safety gear, and cleaning tools. It was clear they knew what they were doing.

They first cleared the gutters of leaves, debris, and dirt, ensuring proper water flow. Then, they tackled the roof, removing moss and algae without damaging the shingles. Added moss chemicals in appropriate areas. The attention to detail was superb; they even cleaned up and blew-off the surrounding area after finishing.

I highly recommend Lincoln Gutters for roof and gutter cleaning service. Their professionalism, efficiency, and excellent results made the investment worthwhile. I used them last year and definitely will schedule them again in the future!

The guys did an amazing job! They were super conscientious and worked a day and a half to get our job completed.Very happy with their service. Lincoln Gutters helped us to schedule in removal around painting and installed once we were ready. The gutters look great, and service was just as good. They were on time, on schedule, and communicated well. Would recommend anytime.

Lincoln gutters used to be a great company to work with but ever since merging with Neds there is absolutely no communication

I have called and spoke to multiple different employees, and nobody can give a straight answer on when I'm going to be scheduled, i have been working on this with them since early November

apparently they will not know until the day of scheduling when my job will take place and they will only text me the morning of the day they schedule to notify

i would definitely take you business elsewhere

I just want to give a huge shout out to Lincoln Gutters

They came out a couple weeks ago and gave us a bid. At the time I wasn't aware of how far they were booked out for scheduling. I paid the deposit and got scheduled to have our gutters installed in December 😭

Due to us having no gutters, and the amount of water that was draining off our roof and going straight to one 12 foot section in the back of the house, causing a large pool to form under our back door and almost reaching our brand new siding. I went ahead and sent them an email with my concerns on Saturday

Alicia contacted me first thing this morning, and said she would have a crew out today to install at least the back gutters to help with our water problem, I couldn't thank her enough for squeezing us into their busy schedule!

They showed up at 1pm and got all of our gutters installed!! What a phenomenal company! Seriously can't thank them enough. And they look fantastic. Thank you Lincoln gutters, and Alicia I will recommend you to everyone I know!

Lovely people all around. The person that came to make a quote was in and out so fast. The office was very friendly, and when I missed the initial guy they called him back to me super fast. The work came in at less than half the quote from two other places. When the technicians came out to install they showed my toddler what they were doing and interacted with him through the window when he found his toy screw gun and wanted to join in. It was a very quick install and they were super nice guys. I definitely will keep this company in mind!

Ben was a friend of mine and we used them for the last ten years and recommended them to our customers. BUT when I called about a year ago and asked about getting the moss off our composition roof they said they needed to look at the job first, I told them it was 970 sq ft and one story. No one showed up, no one followed up and I ended up doing it myself. But now i get postcards, flyers and emails from them which is annoying which is why im writing this review so maybe someone can take us off their contact list.

Is Lincoln Gutters still local. Called to make an appointment and none of my previous information got transfer over to the new company. Which means they can't see any previous work or the fact that Lincoln added Gutters guard in 2023. Why that's important. You can't quote me for flushing the gutters as part of my routine fall roof/gutter cleaning, when you're not going to remove the guards. Not sure it i can continue to trust you when, you're asking what's my cross street.

Hired them , they did a great job other than clogging a couple downspouts and not cleaning any of the gutters catch traps. These guys are rookies so be careful they only know composite roofing that's it. If its metal they don't know how to buy proper footwear for their guys and won't do metal roofs because they are inexperienced..

I was very disappointed with my experience with Ned’s Home/ Lincoln Gutters, especially given their strong reputation and long time in business.

My business is located in a historic mansion on a steep street with approximately 30-foot roofs. When I initially scheduled the appointment, I made a point to disclose this information, as I know not all companies can handle that type of work. The agent I spoke with looked up the building on Google Maps and confirmed it would not be a problem.

I also explained that we had an active leak in an upstairs unit and needed service as soon as possible. I was advised to book next-day emergency service, which included an additional $100 fee. I followed that recommendation and scheduled the appointment.

The crew arrived the next day as scheduled and remained on site for about 20 minutes. While they were sitting in their truck outside my office, I received a text stating they had “come across an issue,” would not be completing the job, and would return the following day. No one came inside to speak with me or ask questions before leaving.

I called the office and was told they needed different equipment and would return the next day, which seemed reasonable. However, the following day I received no confirmation or communication, so I called again to verify the rescheduled emergency appointment. At that point, I was told, “we aren’t coming back out.”

After pressing for details, I was informed that the crew decided the job was “too dangerous” because their 40-foot ladder was allegedly not sufficient. While I can understand safety concerns, I cannot understand why this decision was never communicated to me. Had I not proactively called, I would have been completely ghosted — despite paying for emergency service and dealing with an active leak at my business.

To make matters more confusing, I later received another call from the company saying they were contacting me because I was still on the schedule. During that call, the representative again confirmed they would not be returning and mentioned that the crew had taken photos to document the issue. This was the first time photos were mentioned. When I requested them, they were emailed to me and showed the ladder reaching the upper gutters on the side of the building just fine.

If access issues existed elsewhere on the building, they were never discussed with me. We have a large flat roof at the rear that could have been used for access, but no one asked questions or explored alternatives. There was simply no communication.

I’m grateful I was diligent enough to follow up repeatedly, but that should not be required — especially when running a business with an urgent maintenance issue. This experience was disorganized, confusing, and unprofessional. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend this company.

Dozens of 5-star cleanings! I have been using Sith (Sears Tacoma) for over a decade and has completed a couple dozen jobs for me cleaning carpets, upholstery, and RV. He is excellent, thorough, and knows exactly what he is doing. Many times he goes above and beyond my expectations. Very trustworthy and enjoy utilizing his services.

The carpet cleaning was very good. The older man left my water on outside and I didn’t find out for two days. My water bill is going to be outrageous. They left an old wet towel on my front porch. I had to dispose of it.

The best cleaning service ever! We have used Sears carpet cleaning service for about 20 years and it’s always been the same franchise owner/operator. He always does outstanding work and we don’t even consider any other companies. Never disappointed!

I scheduled for my two story house to be cleaned, four bedrooms, two large living rooms, a dinning room, restroom, and a laundry room. It was surprising how quickly they finished the job, it has been a hot day with all my windows open, so I am able to enjoy the look and feel of my deeply cleaned floors. They quoted me a price of $250 and stuck to that once they where done. I was beyond happy they didn't charge more then what I was quoted over the phone. I informed one of the workers my son is medically fragile with severe respiratory problems, they told me about a deodorizer they have available and I said I would like that for the downstairs where my son will be, after being quoted a reasonable $75. Once the treatment was completed, I was informed that the deodorizer treatment would 'be on them'! I felt they had great customer service, fast workers, and gave me an unbelievable price for the large amount of work I had for them to clean. My one thing I don't particularly like about the carpet cleaning service is they don't move your furniture, clean the carpet, then replace it onto a plastic sheet or anything. But, my carpet is back to life and look 100 times better.

Jeff helped did move out cleaning for my renting property. They did a very great job. They respond fast and schedule is easy. Team is responsible and in detail. Recommend their cleaning service!
