I scheduled an estimate with them and they called a day before telling me they had a scheduling problem and needed to reschedule. It happens, so we rescheduled for this morning. I took the morning off from work to meet them and they called an hour before my scheduled appointment and wanted to reschedule again. I told them if they can’t even keep an appointment for a simple estimate why would I trust them on my house?

Highly recommended. Top notch service from start to finish. Thank you Aja and Erica for your excellent communication and answering all our questions, and thank you Dennis and Jesse for your excellent work on our high and steep cedar roof. We will be a repeat customer.

Chris did a fantastic job washing both the inside and outside of the windows at my office today. And most importantly, he identified that 2 of our windows have bad seals so we can get those fixed before there is more damage. I wholeheartedly recommend Johnny Tsunami!!

This was my first experience hiring a local company to clean out the gutters on my home and remove the moss from my driveway. They were prompt, professional and the work was done in an efficient manner by a friendly young man. Highly recommend

Prompt, courteous service from the office staff (Aja), the estimator (Dennis), and the technicians (Dennis and Jesse). Everything was explained well and the work was completed in a timely and neat manner. The semi-annual maintenance plan is a great idea for keeping up with roof and gutter cleaning.

After recently moving into a new home in Central Tacoma I realized my gutters needed some attention. A quick call to Johnny Tsunami and they came out and provided an estimate, and started the work after calling me with the quote on the same day.
After completing the job they sent me before and after pictures. I will definitely recommend them to others and be calling them up again.

Johnny Tsunami was such a great service! I recommend them highly. They were on-time, professional, within my budget and they did an excellent job on my windows and gutters. Lincoln Gutters removed our old gutters and installed our new upgraded gutters and downspouts which we are very pleased with. What puts them at the the top is they care what’s going to work best in terms of what color you choose, locations of downspouts, and gutter screens. Lincoln Gutters responded to my repair needs quickly, and offered to replace more than what was damaged in a windstorm since the additional replacement would make all the gutters match and still fell within their minimum charge. They certainly didn't have to do that and I appreciated the service. When I called to see about getting the work done any sooner than was automatically scheduled, they were willing to accommodate and get my issue resolved as soon as possible. Very professional, timely, and easy to work with.

The company was a great "turn-key" experience. An estimator came and collected the information. I received the quote that mirrored exactly what we discussed. The installers came when scheduled and completed the job in one day. They were friendly, courteous and professional. Our property was as clean as when they arrived.

Lincoln gutters has done my gutters twice for me and made it easy. I feel the pricing is fair and the team is pleasant to deal with. They also offer moss zinc protection which is a must in Wa. James and Kai did a fantastic job! Kai told me what they were going to do before they started. They repaired a couple downspouts, blew off the roof, cleaned out the gutters, put down the moss control, and cleaned up the debris from the roof. Before they left Kia asked if I had any questions. They were very professional. I would highly recommend this company.
