VIP janitorial service came out and did my 81 year old mothers move out clean. She sold her house in VIP came in and did an excellent job. We give them a four-star and when I get ready to sell my house I’m gonna ask her and her company to come back and clean my house. Did a great job on our house and was a reasonable price

Eddie, the sole owner, was extremely careful and thorough in cleaning the rough cedar siding on our building - using a bleaching solution followed by a neutralizing oxalic (mild) acid solution and rinsing with water before (ie, to protect plants and adjacent wall materials) and after. All was done using a low pressure spray being careful not to expose the siding to a direct concentrated water jet. On top of his professional skill he is an unusually pleasant and trustworthy person.

Eddie Eiland is a hugely impressive professional who knows his business and is conscientious in doing it. Exterior Cleaning Solutions has the highest quality tools and equipment required to perform power washing. I contacted Eddie to power wash my Trex Deck … and after he arrived expanded my request to power wash a white painted fence and a Roman brick patio. The price was fair and I was hugely satisfied with the results. I recommended him to my tax accountant who employed him as well and was thrilled with his work effort and the results. Thumbs Up. Because of the warm, wet winter, and due to the many trees surrounding our house, we had a bad covering of moss on much of our roof.

Exterior Cleaning was prompt in answering our inquiry, and within just a few days we had someone here cleaning our roof. They did a thorough job removing the existing moss, and then treating the shingles to kill remaining spores and prevent regrowth.

We are very satisfied with the job, and will certainly call on them again. One other thing that impressed us was the fact that they cleaned up all the detritus, and left the yard, walkways and deck looking spotless.

We would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and neighbors.

An Honest Man - Eddie

I called seven companies to get quotes on cleaning pollen and algae off my standing seam metal roof. I decided on ECS after they came out quickly and provided a fair number for the work.

A few days later Eddie came out to do a soft wash on the roof. He set up and started working but about a half hour later he stopped to tell me the cleaning solution was not removing the pollen even after agitation by brushing. He then apologized that he would not be able to clean the roof and then didn't charge me for the visit.

I wish all service providers would be as honest as Eddie and greatly appreciate his personal integrity.

I wanted to have my older, split shake cedar roof cleaned and sealed, hoping that it would last another couple of years before it needed
replacement. Much to my amazement, Eddie was not only able to clean the roof, but restore it to looking nearly like it did 20 years ago!! Also, unlike the last company that looked at the roof this Spring, he said my roof is in good condition and should last at least five more years! He also researched out and found an even better sealer for my roof and I was really thrilled about that.
Eddie is a very honest, conscientious person who did an amazing job cleaning up the gigantic mess left by all the debris coming off of that roof. There was mud and debris encircling the entire house as well as on a very large deck in the backyard. I am a very fastidious person who likes things looking very clean and Eddie did a fantastic job cleaning up all the mess!
He also power washed a large cement driveway and it looks great 👍
Now, I’m all prepared for Seattle’s winter rainy season☺️
