Eddie and his team cleaned the vinyl siding on our HOA Townhomes - 12 structures / 24 units. They communicated well throughout the project, were proactive about ensuring that everything was completed and it was very fairly priced. The job was thorough, they showed up on time and they finished on time. We were very happy with the results.

Highly Recommended!! I contracted Eddie from Exterior Cleaning Solutions to perform a full house cleaning on a two story 3600 square foot home for me and he did an amazing job. My roof looks brand new, all of my gutters were cleaned and windows were sparkling. He also pressure washed the exterior of the home and removed all of the peeling paint in order to get ready for a new paint job on the home. This company is great and exceeded all of my expectations!

Very responsive, personable and professional. The work was done by the owner and done so efficiently and throughly. Still waiting to see if all roof moss dies as it has rained most days since application. Owner did make me aware and offered to come back at no charge if remaining moss does not deteriorate. Also did driveway pressure cleaning. All estimates and explanations were clear and no hidden fees. He was honest and provided credited estimate after seeing size of job.
4 stars but only because we had to reschedule on day of 1st appointment after an equipment issue caused him to miss the first appointment.

Professional crew and great service.

I have a 2 1/2 story house with a very steep roof. When moss started growing on the roof, I knew this was a job I wasn’t ready to risk my life to complete, so I reached out to Deep Water Pressure Washing for a solution.

They had done a great job pressure washing my house a couple years ago and they didn’t disappoint on this job either. They took care of all of the moss and treated the entire roof so the moss wouldn’t return. They also cleaned out my rain gutters and fixed a clogged downspout without me asking them to do so. I will definitely recommend this team to friends; if it was possible to give them more than 5 STARS I would do so!

My house has never looked better. I finally decided to put my house on the market but she needed a little help looking her best. Eddie came in and made her look like when I first bought her. Prices were fair. And honestly, I'm so happy with the work. Now keep your fingers crossed she sells!

Eddie exceeded my expectations when he cleaned my roof and then pressure washed my patio and driveway. They all turned out great. The roof was a huge mess of fir needles. He blew them off and then cleaned the areas on the ground, putting all the debris into bags ready for yard waste.
