From requesting a quote to the tech leaving my house, my experience with J&M Carpet Renewal was exceptional. I was provided a very timely response, an easy scheduling experience, and excellent customer service. The tech was very friendly and informative and left my carpets looking better than I expected, especially my son's very light and heavily stained carpet. I would definitely recommend J&M to anyone looking for fast, friendly service and super clean carpet!

I was looking for a new steam carpet cleaner since our last one who I used annually for the past 8 years seems to be out of business. Happy and relieved to share that J&M is so much better — easy to quote (without upselling or hidden fees), scheduling was easy (1-3rd texts), sent just the right amount of communications (a text message confirmation, day before reminder, and when they are enroute!), very personable and professional service, and highly recommend!

Ricky was our technician and treated all of dog urine stains in our carpeted stairs and hallway. He even walked through with a UV light to find all of the stains. Took maybe about 20 minutes from start to finish. All of the stains all gone! Our light cream-colored carpet is refreshed and back to new.

He was also careful of our walls and made sure there was lots of slack so the mid equipment didn’t drag against or damage walls and corners.

This is my 3rd time using J&M in the last 3 years. It's safe to say I will come back again next year.

The service was at a time we expected, the carpets looks very clean and the house smells good!

Very disappointed with both the service and the customer care. After the cleaning, the carpet looked virtually the same—I ended up on my hands and knees scrubbing it myself to get results. I even sent before-and-after photos to show the difference I made after their visit.

When I brought this up privately, hoping for a professional response, I was instead met with defensiveness and a message pushing blame onto my tenant. Rather than taking accountability, they emphasized payment and made assumptions about future work. We still paid the invoice, but we won’t be using this company again or recommending them.

Very pleased with the communication and the cleaning service! They messaged me that Ricky was on his way and sent a photo of the technician. Ricky was very polite, respectful and knowledgeable. I'm quite happy with the service. They even left 2 bottles of their carpet spot cleaner!

Awesome experience! Jason made himself available on a busy weekend with short notice to take care of a messy job for my elderly parents. He did an amazing job in a short amount of time, and the carpet and couch look brand new. Highly recommend, a million stars! Thanks, Jason!

We had a basement plumbing disaster and we called J & M Carpet Renewal. They were able to schedule someone to come the very next day and did a beautiful job. Got all of the awful stains from sewage (yes, sewage) out and the carpet looks like new and the odor is gone. Thank you, thank you!

I was on a tight deadline to have the carpet cleaned before my tenant moved in. Despite being fully booked, Jason used his personal time on Saturday to complete the job. He also solved the challenging parking situation with no street parking available near the unit. I'm extremely satisfied with the service and would highly recommend them.

Amazing work! We had some pet stains and just having kids, our carpets were not in the best condition. We have had them for 5 years. After J&M came through they look like they were just installed. Lucas was amazing and totally understood the kid and dog chaos. Will be using them for all of my future needs and recommending them to anyone who needs a carpet refresh!

I hired J&M Carpet Renewal & Restoration to clean and patch my heavily used carpet in Kirkland, WA. I paid a steep $675.68, but the cleaning left dirt and stains, and they failed to patch the carpet—making it worse. They demanded full payment and offered another cleaning, which I declined due to the terrible work. Communication with Jason was unhelpful, and they threatened collections. I’m now disputing this with the WA Attorney General. Avoid this overpriced, ineffective service!

J&M employee Ricky was extremely attentive to all aspects of getting my carpet looking like the day it was actually installed, and after the cleaning everything smell so fresh. J&M saved me alot of money by re-stretching and cleaning my carpet for a very affordable price. I would highly recommend this company for your flooring need. Many thanks for removing one thing off my to do list and the professional service provided by your employee. Your business is a keeper in my directory.

Enjoyed Jason. The enthusiasm he has for his work is entoxicating and pleasant. He did an amazing job, easy to talk to, and overall was comfortable with having him in my home. Gave options for me if the pet odor (I have a lot of dogs, big and small) were to arise after a few days to a week from cleaning day to explore.

Was able to get ahold of someone quickly when called. They couldn't do the patches I needed due to the type of carpet. But they got the old carpet tolerable and clean. Stains out I was worried about! No hidden charges and took just about 2 hours for a large mobile home. Saving information for future business for sure.
