If you’re not, you should be using J&M carpet renewal. Ask for Ricky. Very pleasant, professional and accommodating with a smile. Had the carpet cleaned yesterday but today noticed some spots. Right away today they sent Ricky over and the spots are gone and the carpet looks terrific. Happy first time customer :)

Great service and carpet looks great! Got maintenance carpet cleaning. He got out a terrible stain from our AC unit overflowing with water onto our bedroom floor. He arrived early and was done with 2 BR apt in about an hour. Always super professional. Chose the hottest day and he has to run hoses out sliding glass door and over balcony - kept door shut as much as possible and the apt stayed cool.

Keon is great. These guys are very professional and thorough in what they do, plus they are very polite people. This is my 2nd time using their service and I will continue to use them as long as I can.

Jason and his crew really, truly are great.

The team is professional, timely, and great to work with. Most importantly, they do a terrific job restoring/cleaning your carpet. They take extra time to get out stains and improve high traffic areas and ensure they do a quality job.

The worse company ever. Do not use them. My house after new paint job got more in damages to fix then the carpet cleaning was. Now let’s talk about carpet cleaning, horrible not even one stain was cleaned out. I’m so pissed to see the damages after they left and walking around seeing all the stains. I’m a contractor I have my clients clean their carpet after us always and this is by far the most worse cleaning company ever. PLEASE AVOID THEM. You will spend more money on damages and having to hire someone else to clean after them.

I was asked by the owner to take the post down and they will pay for damages. Since it’s been over a month and no refund happened I had to repost.

We used J&M Carpet Renewal to clean our light-colored wool wall-to-wall carpeting and also to clean our dining chair upholstered seats. They did excellent work, paid close attention to some old spots and made them disappear. They did an excellent job and I will use them again.

This was the worst carpet cleaning job I've ever seen. For a large rec room a hall and a dining room rug, he spent 15 minutes to clean the entire job. He definitely rushed this job!!!! The carpet actually looks worse with new stains appearing. After seeing this post Jason the owner of J&M contacted me the very next day. Jason personally recleaned all the area's. I am going to recommend Jason to anybody that asks me who they should call for carpet cleaning.

Jason was phenomenal and truly went above and beyond my expectations. He is incredibly kind-hearted, easy to work with, and very accommodating. What stood out most is that he is fair, keeps his word, and genuinely took the time to reassure me and address all of my concerns.

The final results were outstanding — the hardwood floor cleaning, carpet cleaning, and spot treatments were superb. Jason even came back on his own time to test whether some scratches could be removed, walked me through how to address them, and explained how polishing would help refine the floors. Sure enough, it made a huge difference.

His customer service is next level, and I will absolutely be using him again. I highly recommend Jason and his team — his pricing is more than fair for the quality of work delivered. Bravo!
