If you are looking for professionally done cleaning your house, it wont be a great choice with this company.

I requested professional cleaning for townhouse for moving out. two women came to my house this morning with their POV. They were super nice. one of them just started work few months ago and other one few week ago.

They did their best to clean the house but it wasnt professionally cleaned, they missed some spot to clean and One of living room curtain was broken during cleaning but It was too hot today and they did what they can do so i just let them go.

Yes i paid $576.19 and now I have to clean the house at least 2 more hours after using this company

I currently am disabled making it hard to bend down and scrub alot. Therefore I use cleaning authority to help with bathroom, kitchen and overall household chores like sweeping, mopping, vacuuming ect. The ladies are very friendly and do an amazing job. They totally understand what works for me and its just what I need. Highly recommend! The office staff is great as well. They are great at addressing and questions and concerns.

BEST team I've had so far!! I would like to keep them for all my appointments. Bree knew what I wanted focused on and did a very good job.

I used The Cleaning Authority last year, then took a break. Was grateful to have them back like nothing changed. Very professional, always on time, very friendly and thorough. Brenda and Hannah are like having your besties walk in the front door!

After receiving a brochure in the mail advertising their services, I called and spoke with a friendly and professional customer service rep who quoted a price and said a cleaning rep would call me back to schedule. After 5 days with no response, I called again and a different representative said they would look into the situation and definitely have a cleaning rep call me that day. That was 3 days ago. No call yet. Why send a brochure if you're not going to clean?
Update: Shortly after posting this negative review, I received a voice mail from the cleaning rep who said she'd tried to text me a couple of times. First of all, the customer service rep said I would receive a call, and secondly my phone doesn't take texts. Why was it too much trouble to actually make a call if I didn't respond to a text? I decided that a service that doesn't follow through on getting new business isn't going to be the service that will be diligent about keeping business.

Service was outstanding. The initial meeting to get the bid was quick and easy. Cleaner(s) we’re on time and did as good a job as I have ever experienced. Excellent. Detail oriented. Place was so clean when I got home from work. Highlight of my week!!!

Such a great group of ladies came and cleaned our house. I was so pleased with the job they did and their attention to detail. I will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend them!

Penny and Hannah did an exceptional job!! They were fast and efficient. The house sparkles even more than usual. Please send them again possible. :)

$450+ to have a couple people rush through the house with cursory cleaning. We thought we were getting an honest, deep professional cleaning - and this lightweight brush-through is NOT worth hundreds of dollars!!! (And thanks for filling up our bathroom trash can with your used paper towels.)

Also, no one responded to my Special Instructions when I ordered online. No one followed up after we placed our order. Every time I tried to call Cleaning Authority I got routed to their online national call center where no one knew anything and their customer service reps were rude.

We finally got a call less than 24 hours before they were scheduled to show up by a harried worker who could only repeat his apologies and ask if I wanted to cancel the cleaning. I then find out - only because I asked! - that they "don't do windows and don't do walls." WHAT?? Why isn't this listed ANYWHERE on their website?

Very disappointed and will NOT use them again. **UPDATE** They refunded half of our charge after this complaint. I am VERY relieved. Adding back 1 star to this review.

Dylan and Chandler did a great job today and even went above and beyond by clearing a large limb from our driveway that fell in last night’s windstorm.

I have used The Cleaning Authority for about 2 years and they always do a great job. My floors, furniture and kitchen are sparkling after they leave. Rebekah, Euse and Aubrey came today, and as always, my house looks and smells fresh and clean. I'm happy to recommend them to anyone.

Punctual team of very pleasant employees who come with their "tools" and smiles. Today Hayley & Wendy quietly went about their cleaning and left my home sparkling just in time for my lunchtime guests. I so appreciate the professionalism and affordability of these services since I no longer can perform them myself. Great job today Hayley & Wendy!

The Cleaning Authority does an excellent job on my house. Although you don't have the same people come to you house if you contract with them for a regular service, all the girls have been super nice, very professional, very detail oriented, timely and consistently excellent! My only issue is that it is a little expensive but I enjoy the service so much that I can not cancel :)

I've been with them for 2 years now and they always do a great job. They are super responsive and flexible when needed. Trevor, Pierre and Mia did an exceptional job on my last clean!

I'm no stranger to prof house cleaning. I used to do it myself. The cleaning provided was not worth 400 dollars. They only do surface cleaning, but the effort and attention put into it was minimal. Tons of dust, dirt, and hair left. When they ask to do a walk through they get offended when you point out very obviously missed spots. Only one cleaner did a good job. Not worth the price overall

We have been with Cleaning Authority for 6 years and are very satisfied with the work they do. They have been so helpful in rescheduling when needed and the cleaning helpers are friendly,on time and get the job done in good time. The team we now have now have are Rebekah & Elise & Aubrey. Very happy to have them. Great Job!

Today’s crew consisted of Kalena and Jenni and Jacob. They are very nice, very thorough, efficient. Their work is excellent .They work well as a team. If possible, PLEASE send them to my house as often as you can. They did, however, leave behind a small vacuum attachment. Love Jennie and Kalena. Jacob is new to me. Thank you!

Whew! Due to sickness and travel it had been a while since they were here. Team of 3 arrived and faithfully picked up where left off. Our place is clean and fresh and it's such a relief!
