A day before Thanksgiving, my water heater suddenly broke, and I honestly thought it was going to ruin the entire holiday. At around 10 PM, I submitted a request on Thumbtack hoping for any help I could get. Within minutes, John reached out — and from that moment on, everything just fell into place.
John showed up the very next day, diagnosed the issue, and clearly laid out my options. The following day, Fernando came by and professionally replaced my gas water heater. Their communication, commitment, and speed were incredible.
Thank you both for turning what could have been my worst Thanksgiving into a stress-free one. You guys truly go above and beyond!
