We have been working with Mike for about 6 months now between 2 of our restaurants. When we have an issue with a cooler or freezer, he is always easy to contact and prompt with his service calls. Mike has gone out of his way to help us out after hours and on weekends. Pricing is more than reasonable and he always get the job done. Happy Teriyaki loves Mike Powers!

Michael is a life saver! We had our walk in freezer stop working one morning. I called Michael at 9am and he was in my restaurant by 10am. Fixed the problem, cleaned out the motor, and it's good as new! He also has a 90 guarantee on his work, which is very comforting. For any of my refrigeration needs at the restaurant, Michael will be the first person I call. Thank you for all your help!

Mike, from Allbrands Refrigeration has the expertise to fix anything! He was willing to travel out of his locale to service our wine cooler. He promptly diagnosed the problem and had the equipment with him to fix it. We didn't need a second call out nor a long wait for the manufacturer to supply the part. Mike's pricing was completely fair and I strongly recommend him.

Great honest service! Michael worked on my commercial merchandiser/refrigerator and was able to get it back up and running without trying to sell me on extra unnecessary repairs. He even took the time to teach me a little about cooling systems and how they work. Happy customer!

Five stars all the way! Michael of All Brands Refrigeration Service knows his technical stuff, plus he provides great customer service. He returns calls, arrives when he says he will, follows up so that there are no loose ends, and oh yeah, he works until the problem is solved and the equipment is running properly.
I contacted Michael about a problem with a newly-installed flower display cooler. This cooler was purchased from a premier, national refrigeration manufacturer. In short it simply wasn’t holding the humidity in the cooler at an adequate level. Granted, this was a bit of a tricky problem. Four other companies took a stab at the problem before Michael. All four struck out trying to solve the issue, dragging the work out for months. This included the largest refrigeration service outfit in the Puget Sound region, which managed to charge me for service but make absolutely no more progress than anyone else. I was nearly ready to give up completely when I came across one of All Brands advertisements. Michael’s comprehensive list of experience and knowledge outlined in the advertisement sounded almost too good to be true. Nevertheless I was desperate, and if Michael lived up to his advertisement, my problems might be solved.
The rest is all good. I contacted Michael, and outlined my problem along with work that had already been done by others attempting to solve the issue. He promised to take a look later that same day. He arrived as scheduled, and went straight to work. A couple of hours later he had corrected the problem, and had the unit ready for testing. Two more short visits to check performance and to add a couple of components he recommended, and all is well with the cooler. With a couple of service trips over a week or so, Michael managed to solve the original problem (and clean up some poorly-done work by others) that others had spent months working on and still failed.
So for friendly, professional and successful refrigeration service, contact Michael at All Brands Refrigeration Service. I would give him six or seven stars if I could.

Highly recommend!! We have used ABR a couple times now. It's been when something isn't working properly on our walk-in cooler. We have been completely satisfied with Michael and his ability to fix our equipment. Just two days ago when we were experiencing record breaking heat, our walk-in decided to not cool anymore. Michael was able to come to the flower shop around 6:30 at night and stay until we had a working walk-in again. We have also referred him to our sister stores (other Buds & Blooms) in the area. Keep up the good work!

Contacted All Brands Refrigeration for some help getting my business needs met during an emergency situation and the response was quick, the work was complete timely and efficiently. The best part is the PRICE was very reasonable. Thank you for your excellent work this weekend. My business is back up and running without any delays.

After a very stressful couple of days trying to save more than $15k in inventory after our walk in cooler went down....I was truly at my wits end! Michael came thru like the hero he is! He is very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and not only saved us money but our inventory as well. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND! Words can not express how grateful I am. Michael and his team were incredible. He diagnosed a problem that two other companies couldn’t figure out and explained everything clearly. The repair was done the same day, and everything has worked perfectly since.

My display cooler is not working properly. I called Michael from All Brands Refrigeration Service, and he schedule an appointment within 2 hours. He arrived on time, professional, and had my cooler back to work within an hour. I like his services, i will use him again if something wrong with my cooling system.
