Bad service.This guy have no experience. He only wants to charge a lot for nothing

Do not expect any warranty because he would never return your call.

I call Michael to fix one of our frezzers he told us if anything went wrong we just had to call he would come back .not even a month later the frezzer beging to have problems , I call him he told me he would stop by its been 3 weeks an no show no call or text . i try calling him an no answer.

Michael served all the refrigeration equipment in my store for years until last spring I called him to fix my freezer he charged me $200 for the service. I called him several hours later to inform him that the freezer is still broken. He said he would return to fix the problem. Knowing my day off he he returned and STOLE MY ENTIRE COMPRESSOR UNIT!!! I never authorized him to remove any equipment from my store. After dozens of texts and voicemails he has not returned.
Do not trust Michael with your equipment!

I've had Michael do some work on a fridge that went out a while back he did a decent job so I decided to call him to service my fridge (clean the filters) so it wouldn't over heat as directed by him. I called one week to make a future appointment wasn't sure how busy he was. We never made a specific appointment time he just showed up multiple times without my permission (3-4x) to our business when we were not ready for the service. We finally managed to agree on a date and I show up to pay him the amount quoted by phone was $100 he then asked for $140 and only seems to only collect cash. When he left we noticed that the commercial fridge we had him service was not put back together we found multiple screws on the floor, when confronted he explained it would be easier to get to next time? It was unprofessional and I wonder what was really done?! I noticed a weird noise that followed the service but didn't think much of it. Then one morning the fridge stopped working I call Michael and told him after he serviced the fridge I noticed a noise and now it stopped working, he said he would be right over. He never notified me of a $85 fee to come look on the call. He comes in and noticed our plug needed to be reset and pushed a button. He charged $85 and again stated he only accepts cash and really makes it seem like any other payment would be a huge issue! Im a business owner too yes we all love cash but I accept other forms of payment like most other legitimate businesses. There is something up with this guy!! The fridge ended up going out a few days later we called another company for the repair and was able to write a check like you should for tax deductions!

I just wanted to add this guy is so unethical and spiteful that after I made this review he went to my business site and left me a nasty review even though he’s never once tried our coffee! I added to his photos a copy of his review after my review this guy is bad news!

Do not bother calling this place for service. It’s a one man show and he doesn’t know anything about fixing refrigerators. He will tell you different prices for a service and try to charge you for stuff that he doesn’t do. Had him over our Smoke Shop to repair a walk in refrigerator and this man Michael showed up. First told me the freon is missing and said he would add 10lb of it later told me the compressor is broken and wanted to charge $3,000 for it. After I told him I will consider it he took $300 for showing up and wrong diagnosing and at the end left one of the valves open by the compressor. Next day called actual professionals and they came fix the issue which was a small leak - no broken compressor. Basically this guy is full of himself. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

This guys is worst ever, I have seen in my life, work like a thug to demand money from you. But never finish the work. Only when he needs money, then he will contact you. But never finish the work. Worst attitude and ego with skills, poor combination in the market. I am sure he made so many people life miserable. Attached is the proof of work he left and never came back.
