To cover the majority of the costs. He was very communicative, flexible and transparent on potential issues, cost and timelines.

The actual pumping took less time than scheduling did! The tech did a great job draining my 500 gallon tank. And at the end there were no hidden fees or anything. I would use them again if I needed to.
