Harman was a pleasure to work with. He wasn't interested in putting a bandaid on the problem the way other plumbing and septic companies have been, he has already scheduled a time to come back out and find and fix the issues. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend Upfront Septic.

Called same day as my usual contact had their pump truck down, dispatch said they were pretty full but would try to get me in for pumping the septic tank, gave a window of 2 to 4, tech call at 1:30 as he was 15 min out, got there got it done, very professional, great attitude and friendly, great interaction with this service

We were able to get an appointment right away. I felt that Harmon was helpful and honest in his assessment, as well as friendly and polite. I would call him again if needed and would recommend him to others.

Upfront Septic was great! Helped me dig out the last cover for the pump tank in the rain. Harman the technician, was very friendly, worked with us and answered any questions we had. Very knowledgeable. Would recommend.

Overall I had a great experience working with Elise on scheduling the appt, and Chris, the technician, was friendly and quick at what he does. They even called to tell me when they were close to arriving on site.

I called in a panic on a Friday afternoon…dreading a weekend without showers or flushing toilets in our busy household. Upfront Septic said they might be able to get to me between 4-7.
Moments before 5 pm their tech arrived and started digging! He didn’t take a beak until our septic clean-out was located; tank pumped and line clog was cleared.
