I called and Serge came out within 2 hours. He texted to let me know the window of time he would arrive, and arrived on time. He gave an honest assessment that our fridge needed replacing, even though they would have made more money from a repair. Couldnt recommend more highly.

The young man that stopped by was a verry pleasant professional. He diagnosed, ordered the part, and returned 2 days later and installed the part. We are out now approx. 1 month and all is well. Would certainly refer UP Appliance Repair.

Alexander did a great job getting our dryer back in operation. He was quick, punctual and a great communicator. He came out the same day that I submitted my service request and returned with the needed parts very quickly. He returned with the parts on Thanksgiving and explained the issue we were having. The pricing was fair and the quality of work was more than worth it. Thank you Alexander!

If you need any of your appliances repaired this is the best option. Recently we had a problem with our fridge and they did an amazing job. He was timely and assisted us with whatever we asked as well as reassured any worries we had. Best service ever !!

The service was great and prompt. I didn’t have to wait for three different technicians, three different times. It was nice to have it done in one time. Definitely recommend Alex!

I am so happy with the service that Alexander provided to fix our old oven! He answered the phone right away and offered to come to the house within a few hours. He had to order a part, but was able to return within a few days and was reachable and responsive every step of the way. His pricing was very fair and clear. He also provided concrete information about caring for our other appliances. Also, the company website is very easy to use (even for me). Highly recommend :).

I had Alexander out to look at my refrigerator. He was very knowledgeable and gave me some great advice on purchasing a replacement. Excellent communication and was able to come out the same day I requested an appt.

Alex came out today to asses my GE refrigerator as the freezer was making a loud noise. It turned out that I simply had overloaded my freezer and I did not need any parts. Yay! He could’ve made up something to be able to charge me but he didn’t. Not only that but he talked to me about all my appliances and how to care for them so that they’ll last longer. This company will be my go to place whenever I need help with my appliances. Great job Alex!

We really wish we hadn’t used UP Appliance Repair. The guy who came out, Ivan, did a terrible job fixing our washer and dryer. He even flooded our laundry room and didn’t bother to tell us! The whole experience was awful, and we’d warn anyone thinking of using them to stay away.

My refrigerator started making a terrible, very loud noise that wouldn't go away unless the doors were opened or the refrigerator was unplugged. I got in touch with these folks and they had a technician out the same afternoon and fixed it at a very reasonable price

Sent a request in. Same day service. Fixed my dryer. Serge made sure everything was working properly before he left. Awesome job. Even cleaned out the dryer insides before he put everything back together!. I hope I don't have another repair, but if I do...I will definitely use them again.

Although the technicians English is not perfect, he was knowledgeable and fix our refrigerator sooner than later. that’s what mattered the most. Denis was prompt and on time, I have a busy work schedule and could not be home all day waiting for a technician.

These people are the best ! I called around noon on a Saturday after pump went out in washing machine. They came with the new part and had everything fixed in less than 6 hours after I called . I didn’t think this kind of service was possible. Highly recommend this company!

UP Appliance has repaired both our washer and dryer recently. On time, on budget, and both appliances running like new. Highly recommend these folks.

I thought i would give this company a chance with all the good reviews I was reading, but let me tell you what a mistake that was. Unfortunately this company or front was definitely not what I expected, only accepts cash and the gentleman that came out didn't have a clue what he was doing!

I needed same day dryer repair for my family. I called Alex and he was able to come same day. When he arrived I contemplated asking him not to clean, to save time, but little did I know, when he said clean, he meant, make look new! He fixed my issue and more, completely overhauled my dryer to make it look new.

Alexander is great. He came out to repair our fridge. He was timely and responsive, and did an excellent job repairing the fridge (which is working great again).

On top of that, he offered advice on how to maintain the rest of our appliances and ended the visit by saying he hopes he doesn't we won't need his services again any time soon! His humour and knowledge were appreciated and will help keep our house functioning!

Alexander was excellent with communication..when arriving..and updated. He went above and beyond, it was one day after fridge stopped cooling. Hard worker, thorough, had everything he needed Plus my part (no wait to order!)
