I hired Jessica to do weekly cleaning of the large property I manage, and do room turn overs as guests check-out. She comes in once a week and as needed. She is beyond outstanding! VERY professional, never cuts corners, great communicator, and does a phenomenal job every single time! the property always look pristine, and she always goes above and beyond! I love her extra touches with the way she folds the paper towels, hand towels and TP, these little details are very important. Jessica is very kind, hard working, and flexible. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this business. Jessica is so professional and thorough with her work, yet somehow manages to leave a personal touch while cleaning my home. Unlike larger cleaning companies, Richter's Northwest makes me feel like more than just another home to check off the list. Jessica takes note of my likes and dislikes and customizers her clean just to me. Also unlike other companies, it's so comforting to know that the same person will be in my home each time. After the first clean or two, I havent had to worry about leaving a million directions for my housekeeper. While Jessica is more than happy to tackle any new or different tasks I need done, I rarely have to ask for them. She takes as much pride in my home as I do myself and often notices the things that need doing before I do. Having a housekeeper truly reduces stress and makes life easier, but if that's not your experience and/or you've not had one before, definitely give Jessica a call. You will not be disappointed!

Got all the pet stains out and put a deodorizer down . Smell is gone !

Did not show for the appointment. Had to listen to excuses for a solid ten minutes only to be told I would have to wait an additional 2 hours past my appointment time. The gentleman who cleaned the carpets was nice and did good work, but the owner is very unprofessional and does not know how to treat customers.

Second time using the company to clean my carpets. Each time they've been on time, professional, reasonably priced, and completed each job well. I would recommend to using them in the future.

Dumped a WHOLE cup of coffee on myself and my couch. Calles Wolfe's. There was a minimum fee that I thought was a bit high, but I WOULD PAY IT AGAIN. They were timely and professional. Communicated well. Ensured that I knew to keep the area moist until they arrived. And they got my couch looking like nothing had ever happened. I was pleasantly shocked.

After using many carpet cleaners over the years, we had Wolfe’s steam clean our apartment rugs on the recommendation of a neighbor. The result was astonishing! Our older carpet seemed rejuvenated and bright. Two stains from linoleum installation were gone. The whole place seems fresher and truly clean. No residue. From now on, Wolfe’s will be our only carpet cleaner.

From the initial communication, prompt response to my needs, reasonable pricing and final result, this was one of the more positive professional encounters I have had. Chris, owner, was great in assessing my needs and crafting a good solution. Ed, the technician, was professional, friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this business!
