I called around for quotes, but there was *something* about speaking with Chris, the owner of this company, that made our decision easy. When you talk to Chris, it’s like talking to an old friend. Chris was very thorough about what the types of services he offered, set expectations, and given his extensive knowledge in this line of work, even provided guidance on other areas.

Being a new homeowner, I’ve quickly realized that a lot of small companies can be dishonest and try to squeeze every dollar out of you - not this company. It was so refreshing to work with people who honestly care about providing great service. I even received a callback to ensure I was happy with the work that was done.

I’ve realized the *something* that Chris has is: professionalism, courtesy, and friendliness. All of this is rare these days, it was a pleasant surprise.

I had a recent, great experience and would use them again. It started with the first call, a call back from an email I sent the same day. Pricing was explained, he mentioned keeping it cost-effective, and scheduling was easy. The day of he confirmed in the morning and the technician (Ted) called me when he was on his way. Ted was a good communicator, worked efficiently, and got the job done. Pricing was fair and I they will be my first call the next time I have a need.

Needed emergency, last minute carpet cleaning on a weekend for my MIL and Wolfe’s was not only OPEN and took my call on a Friday night, but was able to come out by noon Saturday - the next day! Great customer service. The carpets look amazing (probably been years since they’d last been cleaned). So pleased with the quality and workmanship, we’ve scheduled to have them come clean our own carpets prior to listing our house for sale next week!

My unit that went vacant is twenty years old with original carpeting. When I bought it seven years ago I almost tossed the carpet thinking it was done, but it cleaned up decently. When my tenant of 2.5 years just moved out I assumed I would be faced with new flooring costs. I called Wolfe's and they sent out Ted. Low and behold! The carpet came out WAY better than any of the other two cleanings, and you can hardly tell it from new now! I was so happy to see this as it saved me the cost of new carpet. I called the company and the owner told me he hired Ted three and a half months ago and that he goes out with his new hires daily for 30 days to train them. This company and individual is worthy of recommending.

First let me start this off with saying it is a rare thing to find people like Chris Wolfe. I just bought my first home and was never given much knowledge on how to care for carpet. I had new carpet installed in my house when I first moved in and have struggled with ensuring that it stays clean. I got a puppy in March and after the potty training period timeline, I began searching for someone to clean my carpets. Wanting to ensure that I hired someone that would give me the quality and integrity everyone hopes for, so I began to search around and call different places. After calling Wolfe's Carpet Cleaning I knew I no longer had to search. When calling to get a quote not only was the owner Chris extremely thorough in what I needed cleaned, but Chris ensured I got off the phone with the knowledge how to care for my own carpet. Honest people are hard to find in today's world, so if you need your carpet cleaned search no farther, not only do they do an incredible job, they are also work off the true meaning of "Integrity." If you are looking to have your Carpet or Upholstery cleaned this is the company to call. We live near Eatonville and have had a company that has done our carpets for many years. They moved north and no longer covered our area. I had a homebuilder that recommended Wolfe's. I called and they were so professional on the phone, super easy to work with, and when they were done...I was amazed. I thought my other guys were the best, but my carpets have never looked so good. I had friends comment on them when they came over. They thought I had new carpet installed. Super pleased. So now we have my mother in laws house to clean after her passing. We are happy to have Wolfe's help us out with that. Super-fast booking. 5 plus, plus stars for sure.

Ed Taylor just finished cleaning our carpets and one chair. This is the second time we have had Wolfe's Carpet and Upholstery do our home and we are extremely happy with Ed's work. We had Stanley Steamer do the same area some time ago and in our opinion they did a terrible job at a significantly higher price. We would highly recommend Wolfe's Carpet and Upholstery and Ed Taylor.

I hired Wolfe to clean a sectional for me before moving it to a new home and the experience could not have been better. Chris the owner was friendly and easy to work with and gave me a very fair quote compared to others I received. He explained how their pricing worked and was able to schedule me in right away.
Ted was the technician who came to clean the couch was also a great guy and I’d hire him to clean another couch or carpet anytime.

The couch feels brand new after the cleaning. We are planning on having them come back to clean two of our other couches soon.

We hired Wolfe’s to clean our rug and couch. The quote and services were explained in full before we booked. Ted came out to do the work and was professional and efficient. The pet smell and stains on our couch are gone. We will definitely be hiring them regularly!

We have had our carpets cleaned twice in the last three years but not until yesterday had we found Wolfe's. "Better late than never" is accurate but to say we could not be happier would be the real assessment. Scheduling was easy, necessary information clearly provided, appointment made with ease.
