Stay away There first excuse for not showing up was a death in the family The second on was that their helper didn't come back from his break so they couldn't come. In between 2 canceled appointments the secretary called me (on the wrong day) and told me they were running late. She confused my appointment with someone else's. Excellent experience with this company. I was worried after seeing the reviews, and wondered if something had changed since we last used them. My only negative is that they don't always answer the phone. On the flip side they are very persistent in returning your call. They arrived within the time frame they said, they were transparent about the additional cost to come to Yacolt, and they were super quick and efficient. They did the work I was hiring them to do and didn't charge me for things I hadn't approved. This is the type of service I can get behind, and I'm so happy that I chose to use them to service and clean my chimney.
