Constraction reviews in Vancouver, Washington

The estimator showed up exactly on time for a small repair to my metal roof after a wind storm, they squeezed me into their schedule because Of an opening in my roof after a wind was letting rain in. The repair crew was fast and professional, even taking a couple minutes fixing a small piece of trim they noticed that wasn't in the original bid.

Matrix Roof and home did an amazing job replacing our roof. They were friendly and professional. The materials were high quality and the installation was well done. The price was good, and they provided a strong warranty.

Matrix replaced my roof and gutters this past December of 2024 - I had a great experience with them! The staff was nothing but kind, communicative, and patient with my indecisiveness! I loved getting the before and after pictures along with progress updates! Highly suggest matrix - small town feel with big time results!

The crew from Matrix Roof & Home came out and cleared the moss and tree debris from my roof and gutters and did a FANTASTIC job! The price was extremely reasonable, and the two guys did an outstanding and very detailed job! Not only did everything look great, they cleaned up everything after. I highly recommend them. Additionally, Sarah was wonderful to work with on the estimate and scheduling!

We recently had some repairs and cleaning done at our office by Matrix Roofing, and we couldn't be happier with the results. They were incredibly communicative throughout the entire process, ensuring we were always informed and comfortable with the work being done. The team did an excellent job, and our office looks great. Highly recommend their services!

Sarah, and Connor were so friendly, respectful and courteous. They were responsive in a timely manner to email and phone calls. Sarah is a delightful lady to work with. They took before and after photos, and went through them with me, explaining their repairs. It was my first time dealing with them. They are now my roofers. I will be calling them for regular maintenance. I highly recommend Matrix Roofing.

Matrix roofing is fantastic to work with from start to finish. Sarah made such a difference in helping me navigate all the first steps and even helped picking out my color. Craig is a great communicator, easy to work with and geniune while straightforward too. Mo is very detail oriented and goes above and beyond, which is really saying something two stories up. All the crew were cheerful and respectful of all my plants especially. Every project has challenges, matrix worked through mine and I have great peace of mind they will always do so if anything is needed in the future.

The folks at Matrix have been my go to for all roofing needs for years. I love their service and attitude. I would recommend them to anyone.

We just had our roof totally replaced by Matrix, and couldn't be happier with the results. The roofers were incredibly hard-working and highly skilled. They were also friendly, polite and meticulous about cleaning up after the work was done. The final price was exactly what they told us it would be, so no surprises. I highly recommend this agency.

My husband and I worked with Matrix Roof from out-of-state, as we recently purchased a home in Portland but hadn't yet moved in. Sarah was so friendly and patient with me while we worked out the logistics and scheduling. We chose them because we have an uncommon roof that has to be handled with care and by someone who knows how to walk on it properly without damaging it. The crew that came was professional, quick, and did a great job. Would recommend!

Matrix on the Multi Family mixed use building I manage was as always, prompt at responding to me getting an estimate, and then in getting us scheduled in and work completed . First class company.

We were in a pinch because we switched insurance and two months later they said they were going to drop our coverage beginning of July due to granular loss on the roof and a small piece of rotten fascia. Matrix came out immediately and offered small repairs and three year guarantee but that did not satisfy Progressive Homesite, they needed 8 year guarantee. Matrix was there again when we needed them and was able to get us scheduled immediately. The service was awesome and they really cared about helping us out, which was great. The crew was friendly, cleaned up every night and the office staff was there for any questions. Felt like the price was right in the market range. We would use matrix again in a heartbeat! Thanks matrix!

This is the second time we have had service from Matrix and they have done an amazing job both times. Punctual, professional and thorough. We will always call them first for future needs.

I love my new roof. I went with metal shingles and Matrix did an exceptional job of installing. Service was very quick and professional. I highly recommend them.

The came out gave me a good estimate. They showed up on time and repaired my roof in 2 days. Will definitely call on them again, total professionals.

Matrix was recommended by a trusted friend. We couldn't be happier. They arrived early and start right away. 3 hours of hard work and our roof looked like new. Thanks guys.

I had two roofing companies come give me a bid on cleaning the roof! The first also gave me a bid to replace the roof (I didn't ask for that) and said the roof was not in good shape and needs to be replaced.

Matrix came and let me know there was plenty of life in my roof left and the cleaning came in a few hundred dollars less. The communication was amazing, the system for the bid was clear and concise and their team came early and were very nice!

We needed some minor concrete tile repais. The estimator showed up right on time, did his work and later sent us an estimate. The price was fair and we scheduled the work which was completed to our satisfaction a few days later.

I am extremely pleased with the professionalism and efficiency of Matrix Roofing! They solved/repaired a problem I let get out of hand… with a smile.

I’ve used Matrix for multiple projects in my almost 100 year old home and am always pleased with the results, communication, staff/workers and owner!

We had a great experience with Matrix for our new roof. The pricing was very competitive and the job was done professionally. The cleanup was also perfect. Would highly recommend!

Matrix Roof performed the maintenance for our building so quickly and so completely that we were so pleased with the results. Our building is 3-stories high and worries us for routine roof maintenance requirements. Matrix hand-scraped the moss on our roof and treated it for further issues. The crew arrived on time and were done before noon. We will use them again and again!
