Val and team did quality work. Project was excavating and building stairs and a door to the basement. Easy to work with Val and Moses, and every work crew was very nice. Just a couple of hiccups along the way, but overall great job, with attention to detail.

They did a great job with the repairs. It took them about three days. They were prompt and showed up when they said they would. Their pricing was also reasonable and affordable—we received quotes that were three times higher than what Express Restoration quoted us.

Nothing but 5 stars from the team at express restoration. Communication and professional from start to finish. Quality and timing was great!

Express Restoration LLC did an amazing job restoring my home. Val and his team were professional, on time, and kept everything clean. The quality of their work is excellent, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
Highly recommend them for any home restoration or remodeling project!

I've known Val personally for many years here in the Pacific Northwest, and writing this review is an easy task because of the consistent professionalism he brings to every project. Val stands out as someone who approaches restoration work with intelligence and a deep respect for the customer’s dollar. He’s been in the industry long enough to weather its ups and downs, and that experience shows, he’s seen just about every type of issue that can arise and always finds a way to come out on top.

What sets Val apart is his ability to see a project from multiple angles. He’s not a one-trick pony. He takes the time to explain the risks and rewards of different options, including where cost savings might be possible without compromising quality. In fact, he often presents solutions that can save homeowners up to a third of the cost compared to other contractors, all without cutting corners.

If you're looking for a restoration professional who is honest, resourceful, and customer-focused, Val is truly a standout choice. I recommend him with confidence.

I had a great experience with Express Restoration LLC! The team was professional, responsive, and did an excellent job from start to finish. They communicated clearly, showed up on time, and delivered high-quality work. It’s hard to find a company that actually does what they say they will, but these guys really came through. I highly recommend them to anyone needing restoration services!

I could not be happier with my experience with Val and his entire team. They did a full kitchen remodel in August 2024 for us and we are beyond impressed. Val’s communication was excellent, he would text regularly, letting us know what to expect for the next day/week. Whenever he said his team was going to be there, they were there. Hard working, punctual and professional. I had an idea of what I wanted and the team executed it perfectly! Val even had some great input to add to my vision and it all turned out amazing. I will recommend Val’s company to everyone, 10/10!

Val and his crew did three projects for me. New tiled shower with curtain drain; Kitchen Island Makeover (heavy duty full extension drawers and a special cabinet for my KitchenAid Mixer with a spring loaded appliance lift) and new white quartz countertop and huge deep kitchen sink; Trex composite deck over cement patio across entire length of back yard.
His estimates were competitive. I found the deck was very reasonable.
The crew were all friendly and hard workers… kept project areas clean.
They were able to start right away and all projects were completed within a month.
Highly recommend.

Express Restoration is a great company. Their craftsmanship is outstanding. They remodeled 2 bathrooms, a bedroom and a utility room. From start to finish the personnel were attentive to our vision of what we wanted and discussed and designed what we wanted. Every crew of the company is at the top of their trade.
I have included three pictures of one of the bathroom remodel!
