Nathan Baxter is the BEST!!! He is very polite, very professional, fun to be around, and makes you feel like he is your friend. He is very knowledgeable and is easy to contact and always replies quickly when I reach out to him for assistance with my Invisible Fence! I would recommend him to anyone. We have been an invisible fence customer for over 25 years. With our recent addition of Samson, we needed some areas of our property reviewed and some trouble shooting done. Aaron has worked with us to make sure our dog is trained and safe on our large property. He is incredible and a huge asset to your company! Most recently we had some trouble with our fence, a break somewhere on our property, Aaron and Nathan were here several hours and in the dark! Making sure all was taken care of. Thanks guys for going above and beyond!

Our Havanese puppy is darling but would dash out of the front door and run away up the street playing “Catch me if you can!” I contacted Invisible Fence and soon Pamela was at our kitchen table explaining what could be done to protect our puppy (and our sanity!). The solution was to put a wireless monitor about the size of a standard smoke detector near the front door. Nate came out and was the first trainer who worked with our puppy and set up a practice run with the collar and device. A week later he came back, reviewed the data collected by the device and continued to train our dog about the new boundary. Posey, our puppy, adored Nate and he clearly understood how to best work with her. After another week we met Aaron who did an evaluation to see if there were any adjustments necessary. Aaron is clearly a dog whisperer and Posey was riveted to him and obeyed all kinds of commands that I couldn’t dream of getting her to do. The Invisible Fence works like a charm and we can now answer to front door without fearing that Posey will dash out into the street. Fabulous company, people and products. Our solution wasn’t all that complicated or expensive. EXCELLENT, WONDERFUL! You will be glad you called!

Since making the decision to get the invisible fence system, our experience has been nothing but pleasant and uncomplicated. They communicated with us every step of the way and reinforced that we made the right choice in choosing them and their system for our dogs. Nathan, the installation specialist, was a pro. He showed up when he said he would and got the project finished earlier then planned. He took the time to show and explain how the system works and offered tips and advice on how to make it effective and positive for the dogs.

We've been invisible fence customers for almost twenty years. We really appreciate the product and always have appreciated the people who come out. Nathan was incredibly friendly, very good with dogs and went the extra mile to help us with training, even staying late to meet our needs.

Pam and Nate were both awesome to work with. They both were very knowledgeable and were very helpful. Nate was great training us and our dog with the product. He was very patient with my husband and I and our dog. We had invisible Fence at our other house with a different dog and LOVED it so we didn’t hesitate to try it again with this house and dog. It’s a great product and the people are wonderful to work with.

Today, Nathan came out to our home to set up the Invisible Fence and to start the teaching process with our dog, Milo. Nathan was very courteous, instructional, did a great job burying the "fence" in the ground. He put in a full days work! You could hardly tell that he even disturbed the grass. He also shared some great dog training tricks to use with our 4 month old puppy. We learned a lot and look forward to our future interactions with him.

I have used invisible fence for many years! The product has improved significantly in the past decade with the improved collar system allowing the dog to reenter. I have tried knockoffs and always find myself coming back to invisible fence brand. Pam and Erin in the Portland area have been so responsive to all my needs, from just questions to hours finds breaks in the line after storms. I would highly recommend this product as well this group of people!

This is by far the best investment for your house , dogs and cats. We have had invisible fence for over 30 years with several dogs who have come and gone in that time, including one cat! The customer service is outstanding with what every you need wether it be fence related or training. They have been with us every step of the way and have gone far above and beyond . I really don't know what we would have done without them! Nathaniel and Aaron have been fantastic to work with. Highly recommend this company!

Cody, Michael, Pamela and the entire Portland Oregon Invisible Fence team have been fantastic to work with. They are friendly and work great with my dog. Within just 6 weeks my dog has responded well to the fence and collar and it’s worked exactly as we expected.

The only thing better than Invisible Fence is their awesome Clark County employees. Pamela was on time for our intital appointment (how often does that happen these days), professional, knowledgeable, and has a super personality. The installation was done in the promised amount of time and as agreed upon. Very little training was required and four years later our dog has never ever left the yard. If you are like me and are constantly changing things in your yard you will love their technical people. Recently I had Cody out to reroute my fence due to an addition I was doing. He suggested a one year service contract because it would cost less than the work I wanted done! It paid off in spades because a short time later I cut the fence doing some digging and the cost of repair was $0 due to the service contract. BTW My dog honored the fence even though it was disable. Can't say enough about these people.

Love the decision to instal the invisible fence! We were a little skeptical but are thrilled with the system! The training and instal were easy and we feel safe letting our 2 dogs run in the yard, knowing they wont run away!

Invisible Fence has been fantastic, I would without hesitation recommend to family and friends. Excellent service by Nate. Very professional and had great concern for our dog. He was knowledgeable at finding the issue with our 9 year old system and kind to make sure our standard schnauzer knew the rules too. Our fence and service over the years has been remarkable. The invisible fence for our 1.5 acres has been a lifesaver and a fraction of the cost of an actual fence. It has stopped twice but only to my user error but IF has kindly taken care of our issue. I highly recommend this fence. Our dominate busy working breed dog has learned to obey it easily.

We had invisible fence installed about 8 months ago and couldn't be happier. Our beagle loves running free in our back yard and we feel comfortable letting him outside. It works great and is very reliable. Nathan, the guy who installed it and who trained our beagle is very professional. A couple of months ago the control box started beeping. Nathan came that same day to fix it. Very pleased with the product and their professionalism.

We had a wonderful experience with Invisible Fence, from start to finish. We worked with several different people, all of whom were excellent. Nate installed the "fence" and had extra challenges when he encountered a bee hive in the ground. He handled that very well, and the installation is perfect. Each trainer was great. My dog respects the fence!

I would highly recommend Invisible Fence and the people that work there! I have worked with Aaron, Nate, and Matt. Everyone communicates great, they have spent time training my dogs, helped with a few problems with my fence that were not caused by the fence itself, but by my dogs! Everyone is very polite and punctual. If you're ever in need of an invisible fence, this is the company to use...install, year warranty, in person dog training for the fence....all for a reasonable price!
