Jess McColum did a great job for me after my house was burgled and my power meter and supply was destroyed. It took a bit longer than I would have liked but, hey, it was thanksgiving and so not the most convenient time.

Jess went to great lengths to work with the PUD to get me re-connected and my power up and running.

I initially thought that the replacement of the power box was somewhat over-priced but ultimately my 40+ year old box was replaced, certified and the PUD were engaged on my behalf so in the end I’m very happy with the work and professionalism.

Everything about this job was outstanding. From the initial phone call to the invoice and payment, I could tell this company is serious about customer satisfaction. Jess arrived on time, listened intently as I described my problem, and was thorough in the diagnosis and quickly came to a resolution.

Isaiah showed up promptly as promised. He was professional and knowledgeable. The service was smooth and painless. Would not hesitate to use them again for future projects.

Very professional on time let me know when he was coming did everything he said he was going to do which seems to be a problem with contractors. See one thing to do another. Did the opposite of that polite explain explained the job perfectly.

Isaiah was prompt, very courteous and knew his stuff.
He was here to add amperage so we could dry out a water event. So it was nice to have Isaiah here and did what he needed to do and went on to his next appointment.

Clay & Javier did an excellent jobs replacing some failing home automation light switches and figuring out the wiring requirements for 5 circuits. While they were here I had them install an outdoor power outlet for my permanent holiday lights and install a whole home suppressor. Great work!

My husband has many medical issues and we just purchased our first home together. Naively, I didn’t realize that you really should have an electrician come out before closing on a home, as home inspectors aren’t required or knowledgeable enough to really know what’s going on with your electrical. Also, there were missing smoke and carbon monoxide alarmsand the ones that were up were ancient. In incredible distress, we called Mr. Electric and spoke with Josy, who put us right at ease and sent help. Josh arrived quickly and was wonderful right from the get go. Extremely knowledgeable and he showed me very visible evidence of the issues involved. Not only is Josh thorough, incredibly kind and personable, but also- a harder worker you’ll never find. As a totally blind disabled veteran on a fixed income, I was very stressed out to learn that we needed work done just for basic safety in our newly purchased townhome.
