Buffington residence.. June 2026 had Purelight install Solar panels. They closed there Company down..Leaving Our house with severe electrical problems. Electric specialist from Mr.Electric came and with his excellent knowledge got the house running perfectly again. Thank you Javier Tavera for your Great work.

Josh Rodriguez has always done an excellent job taking care of electrical issues for me. This time, he and Bethany Bowers did a great job for me again. I can trust that any job will be done very professionally, quickly and with a smile!!!

These guys are total scammers. Stay away from them. I needed a fan switch in the bathroom replaced. This is something I can usually do but was having problems. The guy shows up and says $447 to "diagnose" the problem. I knew this was a job that should take a couple of minutes. Stupid me I agreed to be extorted by this guy. As part of his diagnosis, he said that our electrical panel was shot and there was danger of our house burning down. He gave us an estimate for $8500 to replace the panel. Hmmm. I was a bit skeptical. I contacted another electrician. He was shocked. He gave me an estimate for $4500. He did this with me sending him a picture. Today an electrician showed up. He said the box was old but fine. We weren't in any danger. If wanted to replace the box, it would be about $4000. If not it could wait. If there was a negative star option, I would give that rating. Scam artist.

I had an amazing experience with Clay from Mr. Electric! He installed our security cameras and replaced some dangerous breakers that could’ve easily caused problems down the line. Clay was professional, knowledgeable, and really took the time to make sure everything was done safely and neatly. Now my family and I feel completely safe and at ease in our home. I’d recommend Clay and Mr. Electric to anyone who wants quality work done right the first time.

I was very happy with the service. The people that I talked to were great. Both Josy and Zack were very nice and helpful! Sergey arrived on time and was very professional! He came in and gave me his evaluation and explained everything he would need to do in detail. A really great guy, I was very impressed and pleased with the work that was done!!!

When our house was built, we had a 240V outlet installed for EV charging. Fast-forward almost eight years, and the plug and receptacle ended up melting together. Clay came out first thing the next morning and walked me through everything step by step. He explained the repair thoroughly and helped me decide to add a whole-house surge protector—something common in new builds today—along with fixing the charging setup.

The service was absolutely top-notch. Clay was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was safe and done right. He’s a real credit to the company. Highly recommend!

Clay and Thomas were very professional and cordial. Super easy to work with and accommodating. The inspection was quick and thorough, and they finished the installation process much quicker than anticipated.

Sergei did a great job. He diagnosed the problem, explained what the issue was and how to resolve the issue(s). This is not the 1st time that Sergei has come to my home, he now considered my electrician. Mr Electric does a get job scheduling the process and keeps you inform when your electrician will arrive.
Sergei, was on time, cleaned up after his work and just did a fantastic job. The office staff also did a great job, I always spoke to a person and not a AI person. Will I call Mr. Electric again? Absolutely, but be aware you will pay premium prices but you are getting a premium service.

Clay did an amazing job! He was clean, neat, and clearly very experienced. The work was done professionally and efficiently, and he made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Clay for any electrical work—five stars all the way!

Where do I start man…Clay with Mr. Electric came out on a lighting job for inside my home (my wife wanted to modernize our lighting with recessed lighting) and man it exceeded our expectations! The amount of aesthetics it brings to our home now is absolutely amazing. Josh also came out to help him and he was equally a delight to work with. They really did an outstanding job from start to finish. Josy was helpful in the office with quick hassle free scheduling as well. All in all a 5 star experience all around. I had an outlet that needed to be replaced but unfortunately I ended up needing to replace my electrical panel which was definitely on my list of things I wanted to spend money on. Clay was wonderful to work with, I didn't feel pressured and he worked with me. When I found a way to pay he came back out just a few minutes later to get things ready for it to be replaced the next day.
Clay and Javier did an amazing job, were respectful of my home and made what one could expect to he a miserable experience one that has ensured they are my first call for anything electrical I need done

Mr. Electric came. He quickly figured out my problem and fix it. He also made sure all mt outlets were working. He had to replace 2 or 3 of them. He made sure my electrical panel had all the names on each switch. He did a very good job. I really appreciated him cleaning up after he was done.

I recently reached out to Mr Electric to have both an inspection or wellness check for our home electrical system, and some required maintenance performed.

I was given a convenient appointment time and there was constant follow-up to ensure customer service quality.

The technician actually arrived early and was very thorough with an explanation of what would take place. Any questions I had were answered to my satisfaction.

Several hours later, all tasks were complete, clean-up of work areas were performed, and a final briefing was conducted to verify our expectations had been met.

I would personally wish to thank Josey who conducted the logistics and monitoring for this appointment. She was courteous, knowledgeable, and accommodating to our needs.

And finally, to our service technician, Clay. I was impressed with the professionalism he exhibited. There was zero drama. He simply got to the task at hand and kept us informed thru the entire evolution. Mr Electric is a top-shelf outfit, and I recommend them to anyone requiring electrical work.

Clay came out on a Saturday and was able to quickly identify the issue with my panel as well as quickly fix an issue with my outdoor breaker box for our hot tub. Javier and Clay were able to return a few days later and upgrade my entire panel, which we had known was an issue, for a fraction of what we were quoted elsewhere. They were courteous and respectful the whole time and took time to ensure the labeling was done properly.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mr. Electric of Vancouver and the outstanding service we received from Rick. From the very beginning, they made our visit truly exceptional. We had a very unique and complicated electrical situation, and when I reached out for help, they went out of their way to make an exception and come out right away to assist us. That alone meant so much to us.

Rick was absolutely amazing. He spent the entire day with us, patiently working through every detail of the issue without ever rushing. He took his time to make sure everything was done correctly, safely, and professionally. He explained things clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process.

We had a fuse box replaced and outlets and circuits replaced/updated. Josh and Bethany were amazing! Great communication, efficient, knowledgeable, hard working and kind. Very pleased we chose this company, we are happy customers!

We are really happy with our service from Sergey and Mr Electric. Sergey arrived on time and was able to diagnose the issues we were having. He was very knowledgeable about our situation. He explained what the issues were and how he was going to fix them all. He was able to fix these issues the same day he came out to diagnose them which was a huge help. He was kind and easy to work with and we really appreciate his service. Thank you!

Mr. Electric is terrific. I called for something simple but they offered a free electrical inspection so I said sure, why not. Well, they soon showed me where my 1969 electrical panel (circuit breaker box) was starting to melt. This was not visible from the outside or by just opening the panel door. They took the whole metal cover off and then understand what they were looking at. Once they showed me, it was easy to see. I am very grateful they looked, as I may have been days or weeks from an electrical or even whole house fire.

I had them change it out, of course, in addition to fixing the things I originally called about. Josy in the office & the electricians who worked here, Josh, Javier, and Bethany, were all great. At one point they moved some stuff in the garage and before she put it back, Bethany even swept the area, knocking down and taking away at least 50 spider webs. Pretty great service if you ask me.
I now plan to have them give me a free inspection at my little rental house. I hope they find no problems but if they do, Mr. Electric is for sure the electrician I'm going to hire to fix them.

We made an emergency phone call with a move-in to take place in an our. Our maintenance ran into an emergency, Josy took the call immediately calmed me down, walked me through everything, and got help to us on incredibly short notice. Clay arrived within 20 minutes, fixed the issue in no time, explained everything clearly, and was extremely thorough. Truly grateful for their responsiveness and care — we will absolutely be using them again for our apartment complexes!.🙏😊
