New flooring and baseboards installed through our home. Great contractors, the quality was higher than expected. We greatly appreciate the hard work.

I would hire this company again any time. Dima and crew removed all carpeting from our home and replaced it with LVP and some wood. Stair carpeting was replaced with new carpet. The process was explained in detail well ahead. All work was done on time and on budget. They show up when they say, , work fast, and leave a clean work area. Dima is very professional and easy to work with.

I asked Vitaly and crew to do more work at our home. Installing new flooring this time. We also had sheet rock repaired. We’re very happy with their work.

Troy at Vancouver Paulsen's was our contact. Our experience with Paulsen's was absolutely excellent. We choose Karastan carpet and quartz counter tops. Every step of this process was so professional from measuring our spaces to choosing from samples for our products. Everything was done on time by experienced professional installers. We could not be more pleased with our products now that they are all installed. If you are looking for a job well done check out Paulsen's!!

We used Paulson's flooring for carpet installation and tile in the bathroom. I want to start by saying, Paulson's prices are incredibly competitive. The quality of subs they use is evident in the final product. Kayla Lee was our point of contact and she was PHENOMENAL. She was professional, knowledgeable, and fast. I was so incredibly impressed with her ability to make things happen. We found ourselves up against an incredibly TIGHT timeline and somehow Kayla managed to come through for us in a BIG way. I would use Paulson's again and recommend them to anyone just because of the incredible service we received from Kayla!

Wes Hill of Paulson’s Vancouver did a tremendous job helping us find the right carpet for our home. His support was appreciated and the installation was fast and professional.

Update: We got a follow-up call from Paulson's and they made things right, which is all anyone could ask for.

The experience of working with Troy and Ron in the Vancouver store was very good. We have no issues whatsoever with the sales experience. Both were polite, helpful, and professional in every way.

The installation is a different story. The installation of the flooring was fine, no issues. We reported a gouge in our hardwood floor which appeared to have occurred during installation and never heard back from Paulson's whether it was of concern at their end. We're can't prove the installers did it, but we hadn't noticed it prior to their being in our home. We also noticed another gouge by our front door and we're going to group it with the other one as far as not knowing for sure if the installers did it.

Of more serious concern is a leak by the toilet in our downstairs bathroom which was reported by the installer. We were aware of no leak prior to the installer being in our home and realized that the leak may have been caused by the installer, as it was at the toilet water feed valve and the installer had removed the toilet as part of the flooring installation. There is no way we can directly link the leak to the installer and this will end up being like the gouges: cause unclear. What we know for sure is we're going to have to pay to remove and replace some of the flooring in the bathroom because there is water underneath and we can't leave it there.

All in all, what happened during the installation has left a very bad taste for us. Again, we can't point a finger with certainty but also can't say we feel good about how things went down. Folks need to be aware that these sorts of things can happen when services are performed and try to take steps to avoid them.

The last thing we want to say here is we let Paulson's know up front that we were going to post reviews as above. We never heard back from them and so are left with the impression that they either discounted our concerns or didn't care one way or the other. This only further reinforces our disappointment with Paulson's.

Paulson's is the place to go!! Went into the showroom and Ron at the Vancouver location was extremely knowledgeable. He was very friendly and had a great sense of humor. The carpet installer was professional, clean and did a fantastic job. If I need any further refreshing with my home, Ron and the team there at Paulson's will be my "go to" place!

Had tile placed in kitchen about 1 year ago. Done in a diamond pattern.
It looks great. No complaints although not cheap. I also had a bathroom
Laundry room done with vinyl planking and the job was very good.
I redid my other bathroom in the exact same planking material and did
it myself. Much cheaper and I did just as good a job as the installers did.
However it took me 12-15 hours whereas Paulson installers did the
other area in 2 hours. Paulsons sold me the materials with no hassle
and I am very pleased with them. I would recommend them for top
quality work and service.

This place has a nice selection and generally friendly people but they have a fatal flaw. Our builder spec'd out a medium-high grade granite or quartz countertop. The quartz option we ultimately selected with the Paulson's sales person stains and scratches unbelievably easily. The expert they sent to clean them after only a couple weeks of use asked us why we would ever pick this material. He said it's the worst material you can buy. The Paulson's salesperson hid the truth about this material and never mentioned or recommended we look at more durable options. I consider this a very unethical way of doing business and will never recommend using them to anyone.

Ron at Paulson’s Vancouver location was such a huge help! He is so knowledgeable and gave input to help us make the right decisions on which type of flooring, the color and design. We had some technical issues from the way the flooring had been installed years ago and he came up with a perfect solution too!
What could have been a stressful situation was made very stress free and straight forward. We even had Paulson’s complete more areas to match up other rooms too.
And the high quality of the flooring and installation are unbeatable!

Troy helped my find the matching hardwood so we could replace the carpeted part of our lower level. He was easy to communicate with and the team that did the install was excellent. Highly recommend and plan to use them again for future carpet replacement.
