Flooring reviews in Vancouver, Washington

We had a wonderful experience working with Sydney Roberts. She was communicative and knew her stuff. We had an excellent experience.

We had an excellent experience at Great Floors working with Sydney Roberts recently. We were unfamiliar with carpeting types and styles and she gave us a lot of helpful information as we made our decisions. The installation was very smooth and professional as well. The next time I need carpeting in my home I will definitely go to Great Floors again. Thank you!

I just had the carpet in my bedrooms replaced and had a wonderful experience with Great Floors & Sydney. The process was easy. Everything from help in choosing the one I wanted, to the quote and then the install was great. No hidden costs and the timeline was exactly what they said it would be. Definitely will be recommending them in the future.

Fair prices, extremely knowledgeable and they were not pushy, great buying experience.

Thank you Sam for the wonderful service you provided. Very much enjoy sitting here admiring my living room and dining room.

Great floors has well-organized samples and a helpful staff. They listened to our needs and made informed suggestions.

We needed carpet for one of our rental properties and were in a time crunch. Sam at the Camas store found us carpet that was in stock and could be installed within our timeframe. He arranged everything from start to finish. Was a great experience!

We have done business with Great Floors several times over the last few years and have always had incredible customer service, sales representatives who are willing to go above and beyond to help you, and great prices. I would recommend them to anyone.

So grateful to have Kevin Clark help us with the right flooring for our bathroom remodel. It can be an overwhelming process and I’m so happy with our design & price. Thanks again!

Sydney was easy to work with. Huge selection and quality products. Installers we polite, professional and have done great.

I was very impressed by the Great Floors showroom in Camas! The selection was beautiful and easy to browse. Sydney was incredibly helpful and positive which was a huge bonus for us going into this (home improvement stresses me out😅). She made the whole experience enjoyable and took away the stress. Highly recommend visiting if you’re looking for quality flooring and great service!

Sydney at Great Floors (Camas) was a real pleasure to work with on my recent flooring project. Her positive attitude, product knowledge, and professional experience made the entire process feel relaxed and pressure-free, rather than overwhelming and stressful. She was exceptional at managing every aspect of the project and keeping me informed along the way. Thanks again to Sydney and her team (including installer) for a job very well done!

I built a house from the ground up with my partner, and I’m incredibly picky and hard to please with flooring as I was once a floorer in a previous life, and have too many opinions 🤣

We went to every big box store, browsed 2 CFM locations, and went to a couple showrooms that specialized in tile, and I’m dead certain there’s nobody better to talk to than Sydney Roberts and the Great Floors team when it comes to getting the perfect flooring for your project. Won’t go anywhere else!

We are getting ready to put new flooring throughout our home. Sam has been really great to work with. He was able to get us measured quickly and had great flooring recommendations. Can’t wait to get the process started.

Sydney is very knowledgeable and is great to work with. The product she helped us select was a great choice for our home. Sydney kept us informed throughout the process and helped us get the end product we were hoping for.

The installers were efficient as well as courteous and professional. In fact, we liked the installers' work so much, we hired a company run by their family members to paint our home once the floors were done.

I needed an extra boxes of laminate flooring that was ordered from great floors and I placed the second order from Sydney of Camas location cuz it’s closer to our home. We didn’t wait that long. She placed an order on January 6th after I spoke to her and we got our orders delivered on January 15 and we picked it up. Sydney is very nice and friendly and knowledgeable. She will answer all your questions and she returns my call which is very important in dealing with customers. Thank you Sydney.

We had an outstanding experience working with Sydney at Great Floors. We purchased carpeting through them, and Sydney went above and beyond throughout the entire ordering and installation process—constantly checking in and keeping everything on track.

We also needed a separate type of flooring to match our existing space, which Great Floors didn’t carry. Sydney still stepped in to help by finding the right product and coordinating with another vendor, making the whole process incredibly easy for us.

We shopped around, and Great Floors offered the best pricing and with that came the best service. Sydney truly made everything simple and seamless. Highly recommend!

We recently had our carpets fixed and patched up, and the experience was fantastic. Sydney was incredibly helpful from start to finish! Professional, friendly, and truly amazing to work with. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The quality of the work was excellent, and our carpet looks brand new! Thank you Sydney!!!!!!!!

We are thrilled with our experience with Great Floors. Sydney Roberts made the intimadating task of buying carpet easy and enjoyable. She made time for us in the store, checked out samples, took our orders and scheduled the installers. She kept in close contact the entire time. 100% success.

Great experience!

They did a wonderful time efficient!
