Our house in the SW Portland hills was severely damaged in January 2024 ice storm. Avalon was the GC on the project and did a great job rebuilding the home from the basement to roof. Sam the PM on the project was easy to work with, effective, and courteous. We will gladly utilize Avalon's services as needed.

Avalon Construction was very cooperative and ensured the project was completed correctly. They were honest throughout the process and remained committed to getting the job done the right way from start to finish.

It's super rare leave any feedback, I hired Avalon company to build my house. They brought multiple crews to do the interior and exterior at the same time, and the project manager was all the time in touch with me, every evening at 4 p.m. I got a report on my phone about what was done per day, all the installers were professionals and did it fast clean, and professional job highly satisfied and recommended. I'm adding a couple of pictures of the tile work and siding.

5 Stars all the way! Avalon does not disappoint from the first phone call, to job walks and estimates to executing the project swiftly and efficiently, while keeping in close communication. On time, on budget and they deliver a product that shines!

I wish I could upload before and after photos of the fully remodeled home that Avalon did, they did a phenomenal job on the house, new siding, new roof, windows and obviously paint. Special shout for Anton, he has been amazing.

I had a great experience working with Avalon Construction. They handled several projects around my house, and overall I’m very happy with the results. The work was done fast and smoothly. There were a few minor hiccups along the way, which is pretty much inevitable with construction jobs, but what really matters is how those moments are handled and they handled them professionally and the right way.

Denys, who led the project, and Anton, his right-hand man, were especially helpful in navigating everything from start to finish. Communication was clear, the process felt organized, and the overall experience was pleasant and stress-free.

Avalon helped me with several home renovation construction projects, from small to large. I am especially impressed with their attention to detail and clear communication. I've included before + after photos of one particular project that required a bit of everything: demolition of an old built-in entertainment center, extending the floor underneath it where it was, fresh trim, moving electrical and speakers, extensive drywall work and painting. Their work speaks for itself!
