Darrell, the owner, was amazing. Had an urgent siding issue that needed repairing. He was very fast to get out and provide a quote, super responsive and knowledgeable. Did a great job, I will definitely be using him in the future.

Darrell and Nate were fast, meticulous, and went above and beyond what we paid/asked for!!
They did a fantastic job painting the front exterior of our home, caulked under the siding, got rid of some unwanted bees, and even painted the pillars because there was left over paint (not part of the charge)!
They used a lift to paint the highest point of the house and it left some ruts in the front lawn. It was unintentional and unavoidable as our front lawn is always shaded and wet. We didn’t mind and assured them this did not take away front the excellent work they did. The next week they came back while we were at work and added sod to the lawn. It was completely unexpected but it speaks to their character and work ethic!

Absolutely professional and skilled craftsmen! They did an amazing job restoring our custom crafted front door, in addition to replacing another custom door, and making another far more secure. It didn’t matter what request we had, they immediately knew they could do it, and jumped right into it. Will definitely be having them come back to do more work soon!

My wife and I recently worked with Clark County General Contracting to repair our bathroom after discovering water damage. Darrell, the owner, and his worker Nate were fantastic from start to finish.

We originally noticed a bump in the bathroom floor that turned out to be a moisture issue. A mitigation company came in to remove the damaged flooring and toilet and dry everything out. After that, we started collecting quotes from contractors—and chose Darrell because he was by far the most straightforward and transparent. He took the time to explain everything clearly, gave us a fair quote, and didn’t sugarcoat anything.

Once we agreed to move forward, Darrell even handled communication with our insurance company and got the project covered. That alone was a huge help.

The work itself turned out great. Darrell and Nate installed new subflooring, laminate that we picked out, and new baseboards. After the job was done, we did notice a couple of minor issues—one with the baseboard seal and another with the threshold transition that my wife wasn't happy with. Darrell came back out promptly and made sure both were addressed to our satisfaction.

Steve came out and talked to me like I was a real person. Explained the whole process and what I could expect from the crew. They arrived on time and started working immediately. You could tell the crew knew exactly what they were doing and also let me know what to expect.
The most impressive thing about these guys is their friendly cohesion as a crew. Everybody works. The owner included. I was also noticing that they did not half -ass anything. In fact they went the extra mile.
I have had other contractors doing the exact same project and these working professionals outworked and outperformed them hands down! I would recommeng that you give these guys a chance to bid on your job and hire the very best. I will for sure be having them back for additional work after watching them on my roof.

Not above average, I got a new roof it’s new so it looks nice. Anything new looks nice. Never got a final receipt. They borrowed my hose, and somehow got punctured a few times when I brought it to their attention didn’t seem to bother them. Went out got a new hose for them and the one guy asks me if I’m going to switch it out. Reaching out to the company got a response from one number which basically told me I was imagining my concerns. The tone of the texts was not very nice and had to block the number. Being called a grinch by one worker really made this experience negative. Time will tell with the workmanship. If there happens to be a problem would not rely on them to take care of it, I would find another company.

Santiago Contractors are great 100%. I appreciate their ability to quote and provide great service! I have used them to redo my office space, bathroom, and even a pickleball court for use at home. I recommend Santiago general Contractor for any size job!

The Santiago general contractor’s came to our home took down our existing deck. Did some minor repairs to the house and built a new deck ground up. They were efficient and did a great job. We are very happy with the work

They did fantastic job installing a.new metal roof on our shop including a new metal rain gutter. They also installed new insulation in the entire ceiling area inside the building, They are very busy so the job took a little longer. Non the less they did a great job and we are very happy with our new shop roof, We definitely recommend this company!!!
