Hired them for mulching, bush trimming, and a grass cut. Everything looked great and the communication was solid throughout. Really appreciated the quality and professionalism!

Sergio did fantastic work on our yard. We were in need of some overdue maintenance and Sergio took care of everything. I had some seriously overgrown bamboo along my fence shared with my neighbor, and Sergio did an excellent job of trimming it back on both sides of the fence-and the bamboo looks better than ever. The price was very reasonable, and I will definitely be using New Beginnings for my landscape needs from now on!

I called Sergio during the weekend because of a lawn emergency and he ended up coming over the same day to assess the situation and give me a quote. A few days later he came and got everything taken care of quickly and professionally. He reseeded, took care of dead grass, trimmed a tree in the yard, and cleaned everything up better than he found it before he left. Top notch service and clear communication for a great price. Will be using Sergio’s services in the future from now on.

We purchased a home in late October in Vancouver and moved in without a mower or leaf blower. We decided the grass was getting too long to leave for the winter, so we found Sergio Salazar and his business, New Beginning Lawn Services. We are thrilled with their service. Sergio and his team came over and spent an afternoon mowing, blowing leaves off our roof, and removing leaves for the winter, and the yard and house looks amazing. We will absolutely be contacting Sergio for his services again when we need them--after seeing them up on the roof removing leaves, I can tell I will not be doing that myself next year! I'll be glad to have Sergio back; he and his team do great work.

Extremely unprofessional!!!!!!
Inquired about his service. He came and my husband and I walked him around our yard showing and telling him what we’d like to have done. We agreed at an initial price to get all the things we mentioned caught up to snuff, then a monthly price with his services weekly.
He arrived 30 minutes late for starters. My husband met him and paid him as we weren’t sure we’d be home when he finished.
Came home to several things NOT completed as discussed. My husband text him with his concerns and photos about service. Sergio called him stating basically that there was no contract and it is what it is and hung up!! My husband called him back to discuss the matter and was hung up on again. My husband texted him again about getting the key returned and was told that he would put it in the mail then he text again saying he needed the key today. Sergio replied, saying he didn’t care and he wasn’t gonna talk anymore about this that he was working. One of the things discussed was that he was going to haul all the yard debris. When my husband got home, he noticed that our yard debris container was Chuck full with all of the yard debris that they had placed in there. Sergio and his company are extremely unprofessional and I would not give him any Business whatsoever!!!!!!!! SHAME ON HIM!!!!

Sergio came out to tackle a large clean up project to get my yard back in shape. I couldn’t be happier with the final product. Sergio was great to work with and his prices were very reasonable.

If you are looking to have lawn care done go with Sergio. I will be using him again in the near future!

BEWARE!!!
Spoke with Sergio About what we needed done around the house and what services we would need. Agreed that our opening service would be getting our lawn back into shape and everything would be completed for $300. Then we agreed that we would get a weekly service for $210 a month. We were very specific about the weekly service in our conversation.
After they showed up today I paid he $300 for the opening service, when they left, there was a lot that was left undone. When I messaged Sergio about this, he called me and said the things not being done the way we wanted, it what it is. When I asked about him coming back next week, he said that’s not what he agreed to & he didn’t say that at all and we didn’t have a contract so he was done and he had nothing left to say. Then he hung up on me. I called back, and tried to talk with him again. I was told he didn’t need to be talking to me anymore and he hung up on me again. This was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I asked for the key to our gate back, he told me he would mail it. I asked for it today, and he said he didn’t care, he had work to do, and didn’t need to be talking to me anymore.

I highly recommend them. They're punctual, thorough, and reliable. We've used there services on and off for years (since we don't have a regular cleaning service) for cleaning before parties or after remodeling and they always do a great job.
